This apartment does a thorough background check and it doesn’t matter how old. My credit check isn't that bad so I thought I would be approved. I paid $50 for the application. I seen the apartments and they are just average looking and extremely small! Plus you get a laundry room. No washer/dryer in the complex. There's no dishwasher either! This apartment asks a lot for so little!

This place is just horrible. The manager stays rarely in his apartment. this place is never cleaned.. grimy.. It takes long long time for the mgmt to fix ANYTHING! In fact, one of the two elevators in this apartment building has been broken for almost 2 months and no sign of repair. The other elevator doesn't function fully.. stops every floor or get stuck.. This is the worst kind of apartment mgmt I have ever seen... Don´t make the mistake I made...
