This place is really nasty. My girlfriend rents this place and I’ve been over a few times. Last night we killed 14 roaches. She doesn’t really look down at the floor and keeps the light dim but I turned the bright lights on and they were everywhere. The whole inside of the building is like a garbage can. It looks like a garbage can and smells like garbage. The outside sidewalk has damage and there is garbage on the block . Her heater makes a annoying loud noise and her neighbor plays music so loud about 20 hours a day. Do not move here unless you are a slob type person or don’t care about being in a dirty environment.

That building is filthy and the Manager has no manners, I've even been told by the Manager that lives across the street that the son's Manager abuses of his dog, he slams him against the wall and kick him every time he is high. It is absurd that nobody does anything about it.

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE with the people. MAINTENANCE the is absolutely NONE due to the micromanagement. The staff here are RUDE and the facilities are sub par I have been here for 3 years. My A/C unit has went out 8 times, IN the middle of summer and it takes 3-7 days to get someone to take a look at it. The heat has went out in the middle of winter 2 times with the same response (THAT THEY ARE UNDERSATFFED). I have had a garbage disposal that has been out for 5 months now. The lease statement said they change the air filters EVERY MONTH. LOL every six months. The water heater is so small if you have a family good luck with a warm shower. Just enough hot water for 1 person. The pool area opens late and closes early. It has floating trash and an algea problem. The stairwells are never maintained. I have had to deal with VOMIT, CRAP I mean SH^%, TRASH, all in the hallways since i moved in. The trash bin is ALWAYS full. IF YOU LIKE TO HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS conversations and them hearing yours this is the place for you. LOUD MUSIC, DOOR CONSTANTLY SLAMMING, FIGHTING, YELLING, is a constant here. I have tried to make complaints but management tells me that it is a police issue, but in the lease contract EVERYONE SIGNS states there is a sound ordinance clause that is strictly enfored. MANAGEMENT WILL NOT INTERVEIN at all. So if you like partying this is the place for it. The constant smell of WEED lingers at night. Parking is always full, there is a parking permit rule including sticker. IT used to be enforce but now people park here that dont even live here. So parking in front of your building is almost impossible. Trying to reach MANAGEMENT AFTER HOURS.. Good luck, you will get a recording. SAFETY..the fire alarm system is supposed to be checked monthly, maybe every 3 months. The fire alarms are constantly going of due to poor maintenance. So late nights are a constant. If you are single Maybe this is the place for you If YOU LOVE TO PARTY IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY, I strongly urge you to find some other place to live. The quality of the residents and the staff does not make this a healthy environment for children.

Terrible building, dirty, roaches, walls thin, horribly maintained ... constant plumbing electrical problems, poor management.

The building is disgusting and not well kept. The parking lots are overpacked, overparked, and as soon as you get a space they up the monthly rate, but what choice do you have, there's barely any safe street parking. The management is a joke, they're only good at collecting the rent. They shut off the water randomly, and do construction without warning, daring you to say anything or complain lest they find a reason to evict you. They do no return security deposits without a fight and raise the rent yearly much more than the 3% maximum saying that the buildings aren't "rent controlled." I wouldn't live here a minute longer if you paid me too; do so at your own risk.
