I' am a tenant @ Fame Gardens I have lived here for ten plus years. The management here has been horrible and the up keep of the property is far from good. When tenant make complaints nothing is done. Except management try either evict or pressure the tenant into moving instead of making the necessary repairs. I have had my unit broken into by management and lost a laptop computer,sony playstation 2 and jewelry. The person entered with a key and when told the management here they blamed me and my household. I even made a police report and produced it for the management @ Fame Gardens and they did not care, but the did within that same time frame fire the onsite management team that I made these complaints against. I would not advise anyone who is looking for a nice, clean and well kept place to live to by pass Fame Gardens.
