If I could give zero stars, I would. I endured months of mistreatment and sleepless nights living in Unit #840, which is completely uninhabitable due to severe, ongoing mechanical vibrations and multiple other issues. After months of suffering, management finally admitted in writing that they couldn't fix the building's infrastructure. They gave me explicit written permission to break my lease and move out without any penalties. However, it was a complete trap. The moment I vacated the uninhabitable unit, they went back on their written word and sent me a retaliatory bill for thousands of dollars in "accelerated rent" for the remainder of the lease, plus fabricated fees, just to punish me for leaving. They are operating in complete bad faith. Save yourself the extreme anxiety, financial extortion, and absolute nightmare. Avoid Modera Argyle, and absolutely DO NOT sign a lease for Unit #840. It will be hitting the market soon, and it is a trap.

I have been having issues with my AC vent and it has been frustrating. I put in an order and Larry and Donny from maintenance came and fixed the problem. They were friendly, efficient and did a great job. I am thankful to live in a building where customer service is their number one priority.

Leasing consultants are excellent (Holly!), listen to your needs and provide guidance on the best apartment fits. Property and apartments seem to be top notch and look pristine. Highly recommend this place.

The entire leasing crew of Holly, Andrew, Vianka, and Steven are absolutely outstanding! They go above and beyond in helping you with any and all issues or needs. They are extremely friendly and professional. They are an absolute asset to the Mill Creek brand. I have loved my unit and this property since day one. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great home in a perfect location. This property is the top of the line.

I want to give a big thank you to Larry from maintenance for his outstanding help with my EV charger! He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything working since I had issue with my previous Ev spot. Larry took the time to explain the setup, answered all my questions, and made sure my car was taken care of it rare to find someone whose not only skilled but also genuinely cares about residents needs. I really appreciate his responsiveness and attention to detail it made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thanks again, Larry, for your excellent service and friendly attitude! The community is lucky to have you.

Went and toured a nice apartment. Received a quote, tried to follow up and was unable to contact anyone with a pulse for a literal week. The quote has since expired and the automated system has jacked the price up over 200/mo. All of the companies communication is filtered through an AI - phone, text, email, everything. It consistently says nobody is available, and that it will “take a note” for someone to contact you. After finally getting someone on the phone after a week of trying (and having to pretend to be a vendor to do so), I was told they were very sorry I didn’t like the AI but the prices are all automated and there’s nothing they can do, then tried to sell me a cheaper apartment instead. If this is how they treat prospective tenants I can’t even imagine how abysmal it must be for anyone already under contract. AVOID
