Tenant Reviews for 6200 FRANKLIN AVE

I lived there for 3 years. I loved it. Just beware that it is not a rent controlled building in Los Angeles. The rent can and will go up at various times by as much as 30%. The staff is excellent. Also, note that there is a lot of noise from Franklin Ave at night and especially on the weekends.

I have always wanted to live in this building. I have now been here for 3 months and LOVE it. My studio aparment is larger than the 1BR I used to live in. Great staff. Beautiful rooftop terraces.
