Four words, Amy, Wunderlich, and, Davell, have transformed what we all recognize as an exhausting, emotionally taxing, and incredibly frustrating difficult challenge—locating a new residence in Los Angeles. With all 30 trillion apartments being deceptively marketed, you're often left feeling foolish for even asking the showing agent a question. NOT HERE. Amy is arguably, across my 28 years since I was 22 in New York through now at 50, the finest experience I've had throughout my entire home search journey. From her immediate response to my initial inquiry, to our in-person meeting, to each step of the transaction. We even had to withdraw from our first selected unit because of family illness, yet when we returned, she demonstrated genuine concern about our wellbeing and remarkably honored our security deposit despite months having elapsed—deposit we thought was gone for good. Davell is my right-hand man and equally wonderful (Amy deserves her rest days, and he delivers the exact same caliber of service). To conclude, Moss and Company, you possess—and I've verified this myself—a staff worth celebrating. Compensate them appropriately, advance their careers as quickly as feasible, and show gratitude for their tireless dedication and perfect service to your organization and clientele. Sincerely, a satisfied new resident spreading the word to everyone. David Gardner
