EPLAN: The proposed repairs are to repair fire damage and restore the building to its pre-damaged condition.The proposed work:Replace 140 sq ft of floor sheathing above Unit 109.Replace 360 sq ft of roof framing above Unit 209.Replace 80 sq ft of roof framing above Unit 207.Removed and replace 2770 sq ft of roof sheathing at the north half of the building so that the smoke damaged insulation can be replaced. There are no changes to the building square footage, occupancy, or usage.
