I've been at Nido for many years and with Kevin taking charge its improved significantly! I am a very happy tenant, no complains at all. With a Manager like Kevin this property is true pleasure to be at. Gym, parking, spacious units! Thank you Kevin and Thank You team Alto Nido!

Under new management. The new hire is clueless. How he got this gig is beyond me. He won't honor the original leasing agreement. The original hard copy that I've kept safe for a year is nothing like the one he states he has on his computer. The copy I signed is wrong and that's it. The copy they have is right and I can't see it. Fraud? Hmmm... let's think about this. He's claiming the lease that I signed had the wrong lease dates, etc. and that the information on the lease in the computer is right. Anyone at anytime can go and change things on a computer. The hard copy lease is the only document that's binding... not a computer file, leasing contract, that's manipulated in your favor. My lease document has been locked in a filing cabinet untampered. I'm assuming management and property think that folks won't act. Allow themselves to be taken advantage of and not go to court. They're wrong. This guy is telling me I owe $4,000. Saying that my lease date on the contract that I signed is wrong and that I moved out two months early breaking said contract. I have a hard copy lease stating otherwise. Also, he was given advance notice of my moving out, the end date on my lease contract, and all that was said was "Nothing," he didn't even reply. Fast forward a week later and I get a bill via email saying I owe rent and a cancellation fee. Folks save yourselves the trouble and look around for a place that's better managed. The old crew was solid... especially Kevin. Honest guy. This place may have that old Hollywood charm but ask yourself is it worth the stress, time, and negative energy? Do you really want to deal with a manager that can't even know how to manage? UPDATE... THE FORMER WAS POSTED ON YELP MONTHS AGO. THE FOLLOWING IS AN UPDATE... I filed with small claims on Thursday. I suggest anyone who's been cheated by these criminals to do the same. Below is some interesting facts... If the tenant and landlord cannot reach an agreement on the amount of the security deposit returned, the tenant can file a lawsuit against the landlord for return of the security deposit. The tenant can sue for: The amount of the deposit, plus Twice the amount of the security deposit in damages. The judge may give the tenant these additional damages if the landlord retained the deposit in bad faith. I was informed that my claim falls under bad faith and that they acted unlawfully. I'll see you guys in court
