Location, Location, Location! So close to Runyon park and shopping. Only downside is lack of parking. Beautiful building- Quiet during my stay. Large 1 bedroom apartment with lots of windows for natural light. Apartment came with everything I needed- comfy bed, dishes, tv, and there was a laundry area in the basement of the building.

Orange Drive is the true entrance to the elite Stars of Hollywood! If you've come this far you are welcoming yourself home. Long live Hollywood. I especially like the historic value of the real beautiful estate-like Japanese or Chinese Home at the top of the hill. Everyone should have one if they have common sense. Magic castle, The Nirvana and The Yamashiro make a price of $10 million a good trade for any home you live in back east. http://www.youtube.com/user/karenlhall
