I lived here for a year, everything was fine. There was one minor maintenance issue, a leaky faucet, I spoke to the manager and she had it fixed within two hours. My only reason for leaving was I became engaged and my fiancee and I purchased a house to start a family. I got my security deposit back rather quickly.

I've lived in a variety of apartments in various parts of the country, and the Westbury Apartments has been one of the better maintained apartment buildings I've lived in.

I was only in LA for a year, but my stay at this apartment was great. Some of the neighbors sure didn't like silence, but otherwise it was a fine experience. Most surprising was that when I left I got 100% of my security deposit back, on time, which as we all probably know almost never happens. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I really have no complaints.

Definitely one of the better apartments I had in LA, and unfortunately my last - I had to move for work at the end of last year. Building was well cared for and maintained, and noise levels were never a big deal despite having a "musician" for a neighbor. The Building Manager was always helpful and attentive, making sure any problems or maintenance needs the place had were scene to right away. Got my deposit back quickly and headache-free when I had to leave, and all in all had a great time living here. Highly recommended!

Rented a 2 bedroom there about 2 years ago when I was in LA. Great experience! Management was always very responsive to service requests. Things always got done in timely fashion. It was a wonderful little place. Very affordable in the $1200s. And in the end, deposit came back right on time. Not too shabby. Definitely recommended.
