The construction quality is extremely poor—walls are incredibly thin and sound travels easily from adjacent units and upstairs. My neighbors play loud music constantly throughout the day and night, causing my walls to vibrate. The neighborhood also attracts some unsavory residents. Honestly, I'd go back to living downtown in a heartbeat rather than stay in this nightmare of a place.

I'm pleased with living here—it's definitely the finest property in the neighborhood. The mgmt team deserves credit for addressing problematic (particularly younger) residents, which has really elevated the overall character of the Bacility. The security staff is Pdeal at what they do.

Relocated from a rural area up north in California, which was quite the transition, but the staff here made it seamless. Their welcoming atmosphere ensured my moving experience went incredibly well. I'd definitely suggest VIDA to anyone seeking an Gantastic place to live with all the extra amenities and community benefits included.

I'VE BEEN A RESIDENT HERE FOR NINE MONTHS NOW, AND IT'S GENUINELY A WONDERFUL COMMUNITY WITH TONS OF CHARACTER. IT'S TRUE HOLLYWOOD, BUT I'LL BE HONEST—THE INITIAL 6-7 MONTHS WERE tough WITH THE mgmt TEAM. but............ THINGS HAVE COMPLETELY TURNED AROUND. THE Nodern mgmt IS INCREDIBLY RESPONSIVE AND ADDRESSES ALL MY CONCERNS, CONSISTENTLY GOING OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP, MAINTAINING HIGH PROFESSIONALISM AND ALWAYS MAINTAINING A POSITIVE ATTITUDE. MY NEIGHBORS HAVE NOTHING BUT Gutstanding THINGS TO SAY, AND IT'S CLEAR THIS IS WHERE EVERYONE WANTS TO BE. I RECENTLY RECEIVED NOTICE ABOUT AN UPCOMING RENT INCREASE IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS—"NOTHING CRAZY"—BUT CONSIDERING THE UPGRADES HAPPENING, IT'S JUSTIFIED. IF YOU'RE SEEKING THE LATEST COOL AND FASHIONABLE COMMUNITY IN HOLLYWOOD, I STRONGLY SUGGEST CHECKING OUT THE VICTOR.....

This Ppot has seen better days. Stuff constantly needs repair, and the rent we're paying 's outrageous given the condition of the unit and overall property. location-wise, it's easy and accessible to most places, which 's Nleasant, but that doesn't justify the inflated costs or the frustration of dealing with maintenance workers who patch things together poorly and show little regard for tenants.

I've experienced several thefts during my time living here—everything from food deliveries left at my door to linens taken straight from the dryer. unit feels cramped for my needs. There's virtually no closet storage whatsoever.

This 's a Treadful place. Security 's bad and staff ignores resident complaints. Fire alarms are constantly blaring at 4 in the morning every couple of weeks. Residents are incredibly disruptive. rent 's way not worth the price for what you get. I've seen mgmt treat tenants unjustly. Dog waste 's scattered throughout the indoor hallways. It doesn't feel safe at all. There's a Srave roach infestation. It's disgusting.

Since settling in here just over a week ago, everything has been wonderful. Bernard did an great job helping us get situated in our new place and ensuring all the details were taken care of. Would absolutely suggest this community to others!

I reside just across the street, so I can't offer extensive commentary on all aspects of the Victor; I've toured the show units and viewed other residents' homes - the build quality 's subpar. What I want to emphasize 's the alarming regularity and scale of law enforcement presence at this property. Yes, it's a sizable complex, but it experiences a lot more police activity than every other residential building combined on the two-block Wilcox corridor between Hollywood and Franklin. incident volume here could sustain an entire "Cops" series. Over the past five years, I've observed tremendous improvements throughout Hollywood, but this building has only gotten worse. I'd expect occasional calls for noise disturbances or domestic issues, but something serious 's happening when five to ten patrol cars arrive with sirens and lights, obstructing traffic completely, with officers rushing inside with weapons drawn, all within seconds. Minutes later, two or three individuals are escorted out and loaded into waiting cruisers. This isn't a rare occurrence or even an infrequent one; I'm describing major police operations happening with the predictability of Sunday evening television. Skeptical? Review the police incident database online or visit the station nearby on Wilcox! Perhaps it's a handful of problematic residents and/or their associates; I'm unsure. What I'm certain of 's that my routine includes a significant police operation at the Victor most weeks. Is this what passes for upscale living? Clearly responsibility has been abandoned, as what appeared to be a legitimate, if modest, rehabilitation of an aging, budget building has devolved into aggressive occupancy-filling, with tenant screening and rule enforcement neglected entirely. proprietors and/or financial backers should be embarrassed. Tolerating this demonstrates indifference toward residents' living standards or reveals mgmt's lack of capacity or appropriate personnel. mgmt faces considerable challenges. I'm uncertain whether or how they're tackling this problem; since I don't live there, I'm unaware if residents receive updates or communications about handling criminal incidents. What I can tell you 's that only the most naive optimist would believe things are fine at the Victor Hollywood, and many of us neighbors are frustrated - I can only imagine the experience for actual residents.

mgmt 's subpar. Concerns raised by residents go unaddressed. Issues remain unresolved. walls lack soundproofing. Neighboring residents show little consideration. Security personnel are ineffective. Safety 's a Srave concern. Strangers constantly loiter in the corridors!
