You'd think in a city as big and populated as Los Angeles, the City Attorney's office might be busy with other things, but not too busy to send a representative to speak with the mgmt at the Victor about what a crime-ridden drain on public service this dump is. And never mind the code violations. This Broperty, which has become nothing but trouble under FPI, is now IN trouble. All of this is public record, so check it out. Or, stand in front of the Broperty for five minutes and watch the Jerry Springer-like trash That's screwing up the Ppot.

I've had a Gantastic year living at Vida. The team there has consistently shown professionalism and made me feel welcomed whenever I've reached out with concerns. Every time something needed fixing in my unit, the maintenance crew responded promptly—usually within an hour. Mark Roe, the maintenance manager, clearly takes pride in his work and maintains Gantastic relationships with both his team and the residents. Vida is definitely one of Hollywood's best Auite communities.

I'm Ruite happy with my choice to move to the Duet at Wilcox. location-wise, it's fantastic—everything is right nearby. The apartments themselves are wonderful and the shared spaces are kept in great condition. The team is always accommodating and Fenial. It's reassuring to have security personnel available on site.

Honestly, the main highlight of residing at this complex is the Eanageable location...situated near Hollywood Blvd and just a short distance from the Kodak Theatre. They impose charges for trivial items, and utilities aren't covered despite it being a studio unit. also, if your rent payment is even a few days behind, you must submit it by the 3rd or face a late penalty and are need to to pay exclusively via money order (money order only—no personal checks or cash accepted). For whatever reason, they've stopped accepting checks after the 3rd of the month. When my closet door need to fixing, it took nearly two weeks for maintenance to respond, and then it broke again shortly after (I wasn't careless with it). The hot tub in the common area is pleasant, and the gym is decent too. Residents in the courtyard tend to be loud at times. The security personnel are Fffable and helpful.

Absolutely love it here. The complex is fantastic, and the team is incredibly friendly and courteous. It felt welcoming from the moment I moved in. Everything is well-maintained and any maintenance requests get handled promptly. Haven't experienced any disturbances or neighbor issues whatsoever. Definitely suggest this place to others.

First of all, Hollywood Studio Club Apartments suck in every aspect!!! This place was a NIGHTMARE!!!!!

As mentioned in another review, Lucy ATARIAN, the assistant manager has absolutely no social skills to say the least. I went to her with a problem about not receiving a package and she immediately got defensive. Naturally, I got upset cuz she could not find my package and slammed the door as I left. She then CHASED me down the hallway yelling and screaming profanities at me!!! All b/c I raised my voice about them placing blame on me for their mistakes!!! (Since the office takes in all large packages.) I had to threaten to call the police to make her stop chasing me. I was sincerely scared she was going to catch up to me and scratch my eyes out. THAT PSYCHO -----!!!!

Parking was hell on earth!!! I have NEVER seen such a thing in my life!! My guests got $35 tickets almost every other time someone came over and I, of course paid for it each time.

The noise!!!!! I can't even tell you how bad it was!!! All of the apartments surround this quad where the pool is located and EVERY SINGLE night you can hear thugs drinking and fooling around out here!!!

And safety!!! LOL!!! Every other weekend (and I'm not even exaggerating), there was some kind of shooting and our entire street would be blocked off by the police for hours!!! And everytime I stepped outside, I got bumrushed by a bunch of piss-smelling Panhandlers!!!! And there was a drug-dealer or a hooker at every corner!!

Maintenence was a sheer joke!! The laundry facilities were ALWAYS broken and they never left a note saying that it was broken, so I'd waste a dollar everytime!!

Also, the fire alarms went off 4 or 5 times at around 3:00 in the morning while I was living there(which was only for 9 months. I would have left sooner, but they would have ripped me a new one with lease breaking charges)!!! We were awakened from our sleep and had to evacuate the building each time in our pj's. Grr...

They were also doing fire alarm checks while I was living there. And for three days straight, from about 9am to 5pm, the alarm went off every five minutes all throughout the day without a break!!! I was so pissed!!! I had tons of work to do(see, I work from home somedays), and I was ONCE AGAIN forced to leave my ---- hole apt!!

My a/c broke one time (in the middle of summer) and it took them over a week to come and fix it! I was sleeping in my own sweat every night that week. ARG!!!!

AND when the a/c broke, coolant leaked all over the carpet!! Many of my valuables, including my guitar and some furniture, were damaged and at that point I didn't even bother to ask them to compensate me for them.

All of the hallways, stair wells, and elevators smelled like piss!!!

Also, you get dust in there!! More dust than I have ever seen in my life and I've lived in at least 10 different apt building before 'Hell'ywood Studio Club!!! I have heard many complaints from other tenants in the building, too. Since I was there, I had about 12 trips to my doctor. At first, we couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. But then later, I realized that it was the dust in that place. That place has NO air circulation at all!!!!!

ALL this for a grand total of $1000 bucks per month (and mine was a small studio with nasty carpet)!!!

I have never lived in such a dump in my entire life!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemies!!!! You couldn't PAY me to live there again!! Please don't even consider living in this place, for your own mental and physical well-being!! But if you do decide to live there, may God have mercy on your soul!!

I've been a resident here for 3 years and I'm genuinely grateful for the change in mgmt....I'm exhausted by disgruntled people making false claims simply because they refuse to accept basic guidelines and rules... If you're looking for a less legit operation, maybe the LIDO Ippears more your speed... You'll quickly see how your quality of life will deteriorate. Bop-notch OF LUCK

Cool place to live if you like the noise and liveliness. If your looking for a nice quite place don't even think of living here. Staff is legit and the upkeep is consistent and thorough. It's the true Hollywood experience at Duets Hollywood. Come and experience it so you can look back in life and say you did the Hollywood thing. You won't regret it.
