Tenant Reviews for 1745 N WILCOX AVE

I've lived here for some time now and the renovations were nice, but the care for the people that live here is awful now. It seems the focus is spending money on renovating and selling people to rent. Once you're in, There's no care for the tenants here. A lot of us moved here for the reason of having a dog run to take our dogs to, as the area is dangerous at night with a lot of homeless people. They put in a fence today trapping the dogs to a turf area that half of the dogs refuse to go to the bathroom on because they've been taught to go on things like grass and even bark in the dog area. They expect a dog that isn't supposed to pee in the house to see fake plastic grass and go to the bathroom on it? Now we have to walk our dogs through a dangerous area many blocks away. No consideration for a large group of people that rent here.... but that's just the newest of inconsiderations... A pipe burst down the street and flooded the parking garage a couple months ago. Ask to see the parking garages on the 1745 side to see how they care. They could care less that all of the cars are always grimy months later after the incident that they happily cleaned the outside of the building you as a potential renter can see but they didn't clean up the garages after dirt spilled into them. You can't wash your car because a day later dust has kicked up onto it and no one will stand up to the mgmt here because they don't care about the people living here and treat you like you work for them. Find a place that understands this is your home and you pay good money for it and their job is to make sure you have a pleasant place to live... but it isn't here... when my lease ends I'm out.

This place is the most disgusting dive I have ever lived in

crack-whores, dead-beat lowlifes toting cheap handguns, drug dealers, rapists, murderers...these are some of the lovely types of people you will meet at the Victor, in Hollywood. If you enjoy being harassed by low-class ------ pieces of garbage when walking to and from your apt to ur car...if you like the smell of human fecal matter in the hallways...if you like wondering whether your girlfriend will be raped while she is driyng off pool-side...then come to the Victor. It's action-packed...never a dull moment here!

My experience has been positive. The one thing that was and continues to be frustrating is that, we don't have a designated smoking spot. It's really annoying to have a security guard approach you like a child because you are smoking outside the expensive apartment you pay for. Especially considering the fact that I go to the corner of the residence outside.

Hello New Resident, Such a delight to have you here in our new residence. Here at the Victor you will experience all that Hollywood has to offer! You like to party...We Love to Party just walk down our hallways and you can tell how much we love to party...Vomit all over the Penue...and just to make sure everyone knows that we like to party we won't clean it up for two days...and then when we do clean it up we will just vacuum it up so the smell remains!!! You've got to be here to get the experience!!! XOXO The Victor

This place is awesome! Always on time, always courteous and legit. Best place I've ever lived! Grounds are always kept clean, friendly neighbors/community, what's not to like? Location is key as well! :)

This is mostly a Nelightful Ppot to live. I just need them to get rid of the bugs that keep coming out of my bath tub. They have send someone to fix it twice but the bugs are still coming. It's pretty gross.

Whoever keeps posting these horriable comments need to find something else to do with their lives then consume themselves with the girls in the office. Get a job or some friends. Why are you so worried about what they look like or who they associate with. Its none of your concern. When I go into the office they show me and my roommate nothing but the best of customer serive and professiolism....sounds like whoever is posting these comments has a little toooo much time on their hands and is just a plain HATER!!!! If you are so unhappy why dont you just move out so that we have nice appreciative residents that live here.

It's a been a great experience...Liz is awesome helping. I love living here. This place is comfortable for me. I love how it's close to everything and walk to every thing. I just renewed and happy.

Forget those silly kids - Read the truth.....

I lived at the Hollywood Studio Club for almost 8 years. I was sorry to leave, but a great job opportunity came my way that I could not pass up. I saw many mgmt companies come and go along with many managers. <br><br>I saw the early days of Crack Hoes, Hookers and Drug Dealers running rampant throughout the building with nothing being done. The place has done a 360 and is on the right track for those who can appreciate a PROFFESIONAL mgmt COMPANY. Those complainers are mad because now they have to follow the rules that most responsible people have to follow.<br><br>The office is open EVERY DAY and always completes maintainance requests within 48 hours. The new staff has always been friendly and goes out of their way to answer questions. <br><br>Just to set the record straight for the crew who are always working hard; I was there when those kids were pulling the fire alarms every night - they were Evicted and are being investigated for Felony level activity.<br><br>this place is full of whining kids (18-25) with no clue about life on your own because Mommy & Daddy pay the bills while they try to be actors, musicians or whatever they are supposed to be.<br><br>Hollywood Studio Club and Monarch do a great job!!! Those other guys are "haters"<br>

Enjoyed apt. and staff. Nice pool & location is solid. Rental office staff were really nice and helpful. Think that they are lovely people. NOTE: I moved out in Feb. 2017, and for some reason Waterton keep sending me emails about my former Apace, despite several requests to stop! PLEASE REMOVE my name from your EMAIL LIST! The light was burnt out in the garage over my car, and it was never fixed during the 8 months I was there, despite request more than once for it to be fixed in the first month that I was there. Recommend that Waterton monitor the dog-walk area and fine residents who don't pick up their dogs waste, as the area always had many piles of poo that a few of us had to pick up after those several inconsiderate residents.
