Friendly staff and tenants! 101 Freeway access is one block away, 5 freeway is one mile away. Good looking building built in the 70´s, well maintained with flowered landscaping. I´ve choosen to stay here for eight years because of the buildings environment,rent control(3% per year), good laundry, location and friendly neighbors.
