I love living here. its the perfect distance form everything Hollywood and walking distance to the metro. Its the best for me without having a car, I'm close to the red line and most buses that go through the area. the units are beautiful and just enough for anyone. Our unit is especially spacious and has a comfy balcony. The maintenance team is constantly working on the property and maintaining the complex to keep a high standard -- something I appreciate very much. We have a security that comes and walks the buildings so that makes me feel safe also. The neighborhood is behind Hollywood blvd and keeps a quiet hum from the highway its like not even living so close to the boulevard. The management staff is extremely helpful, every question, every request, every thing I need (I need a lot) is handled and followed up. Kathleen is a rockstar and I go to her for everything. Kelsey and Kristie are just as great, I know I can count on them as well to take care of anything I need. I Love living here and I love this property. highly highly recommend

I have lived in many apartments, own a home and had great experiences. In 2005 I rented an apartment in this building and it was the worst experience I have ever encountered. Recently, I moved back to California and trying to find a rental property, my credit report was ran (for the first time in a while) and an EVICTION pops up from this address. I had no idea this was on my credit, no notification, NOTHING. When I was a tenant in the Wilton Place Apartments a pipe burst in my apartment, while I was on vacation and flooded the whole place. Most of my personal belongings were destroyed without compensation from the property management, whom where the worst people I have ever come across thus far. Long story short, mold started to grow, and they tried to paint over it to give it a good fix. Thats probably why it smells like mildew (from the previous blog). I told them it was unsanitary and unhealthy for me or anyone else to live in that apartment. They were not sympathetic and did not want to help, so I told them I was moving and that weekend moved all my stuff out. SEVEN years later, I find out they screwed up my credit and wrongly evicted me. There was MOLD growing in the apartment. SAVE YOUR MONEY! For health reasons and personal wellbeing, I would strongly recommend not to step one foot into this apartment building.

These apartments seem alright and in a convenient location but after living there for a year, my roommate and I are desperate to get out. The elevators break down all the time, especially the only one that goes down to the parking lot. Speaking of the parking lot, the gate doesn´t stop if your car´s halfway through (which, in my roommate´s case can result in two broken off side mirrors). Also, one time, we went through a whole weekend with no hot water - no warning, no explination, and no apology from the manager. The toilets quit flushing simultaneously. The oven wouldn´t work, but continued to leak gas when turned on. The apartment naturally smells like mildew - it took 4 Glade plug-ins to mask the smell. Bathroom/bedroom doors don´t lock. And, last but certainly not least, the ceilings are extremely thin. My roommate hears sexual activities, I live under a bulimic, and the guy above our living room likes to pretend like he can play the guitar and sing at the tope of his lungs. Save your money for better places, but I would recommend this general area.
