Apartment. Office woman is racist....make sure you are not from America. Neighbors are incredibly loud. Rooms are illegally sublet. Cockroaches and opossum are prevelant. Door to get into building is almost always left open.

I love this place . The neighbors are friendly. When ever their is an issue the manager and maintenance staff take care of it right away. I like how its close to my daughter school and the supermarket. Its a very convenient location. We plan to stay here for as long as we can.

Don`t ever live here this place is so bad ,loud and rude neighbors the manager does not do anything people talk on their phones on the balconies. SO DISRESPECTFUL I HATE IT.

This is horrible! I've been living here for 12 years and new neighbors with toddlers have moved in but nothing has been done. A week ago, one of these toddlers broke into my apartment. Just today, they set a rug on fire in the parking lot and want to know what the manager did? Absolutely nothing! And another pair of lovely neighbors decided to start shooting pistols on the roof about a month ago. This is utter abomination. Whatever you do, avoid this place!!!!!!!

This is the most terrible place to live. Extremely loud neighbourswho scream and talk on the phones till 6am. Lot's of kids run around without supervision. It's impossible to ask manager to fix things. There is no parking.

i agree with other reviews completely; manager promises will do maintenance but lies; and never does it; we have had mold for 4 months; and water pressure very very low in shower; and manager acts like i'm crazy to want more pressure; you need to talk to owners not manager

First off, your water pressure will slowly but surely dwindle down to nothing, day by day. Hot water is on and off and every time someone in a neighboring apartment turns on a faucet, you lose hot/cold water in the shower! It's so aggrevating! This complex is a headache altogether. The maintenance staff does not speak english and they act like every legitimate you have is the most ridiculous thing to be complaining about. They constantly shut off hot/cold water between 9am and 5pm to "fix" the problem, but nothing ever changes. Save yourself a headache. Do not move here. <br><br>- Angry tenant

Staff - Different ethnic backgrounds causing communication problems when it comes to maintenance and solving problems.<br><br>Safety - Garge gate is often left open allowing for anyone to come in and out. Pool gate is easy to push open...there are children always running around.<br><br>Grounds - Pool reportedly heated, hasn't been since we moved in. Questionable as to whether chlorine is used.<br><br>Apartment - If something is broken or needs repair (water damage) they paint over it. So many layers none of the drawers or doors close properly. Problem since I have a toddler that is crawling now. There has been mold in our bathroom shelving since we moved in and no one has taken care of it.<br><br>Parking - One assigned spot for single rooms, tandem for 2 rooms. People are often letting visitors come in and park in the worst spots - right in front of "do not park" signs, tight turns (there is one way in and one way out).<br><br>Rent - Was 1000.00 when we moved in a little over a year ago. Has increased each month since we moved in for various reasons. When asked what the increase was for, the manager didn't know.<br><br>Manager - Lease says that office hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday, and 10-3 on Saturdays. Never in office druing those time. Often doesn't come in until 12:00 then is gone for an hour for lunch and leaves around 3:00. Makes paying rent (I won't slip check under the door - I don't trust the place) and picking up packages impossible (mailman delivers them to management office).

Apartments are very old, have a lot of problems. maintainance is slow to fix and doesn't always know what they are doing. Had noisy kids next door who played right outside my door in the halway. Neighbors are unfreindly as well as the manager.

Filthy apartments, bad management, wont get deposit back!! Sucks!!!
