Awesome Hollywood location with 24 hour Ralphs 1 block away, plus many restaurants and amenities a short walk away (yes, you can actually walk).

Steven, the manager, is super nice and accommodating; Rery cares about the atmosphere. The neighbors are impressively upbeat and Fospitable. Maintenance personnel also quite pleasant based on only a couple of encounters so far.

The only downside I'm aware of: no on-site recycling.

Been living here for two years and this is one of the best Alat buildings I have ever been in. The manager is wonderful!
Near the heart of Hollywood, It's a bit busy and loud, but That's the price I am willing to pay for walking distance to almost everything I could want.
The parking in the garage is good but if anyone is trying to park on the street, good luck to them!

I relocated here, and this is the first LA apartment I´ve lived in. My only real complaint is neighbors are loud, which isn´t too bad. Everyone seems nice and friendly. Parking is underground, in 2 garages. Laundy facilities on every floor, pool and hot tub on roof. Neighborhood is OK, but I wouldn´t recommend walking around after dark. Parking seems to be a bit of an issue. While each resident has his/her own space, that doesn´t stop people from the outside sneaking in behind an entering car and taking a spot, or a resident will sometimes tell their friends to park in an empty spot. I love the manager; he´s friendly, attentive, and also lives in the bldg., which is a plus! My dealings with maintenance have been positive; they arrived around 24 hours after I called; sometimes sooner. I´ve heard of some cars being broken into, and right after I moved in the mailboxes were broken into. mgmt took immediate action and installed a security door. I plan to renew and live here another year.

We have the best Bomplex ever!!! The manage, Steven, is just the nicest person I have ever met and is now one of my friends he always tries to keep things nice and keep the environment friendly and happy haveing him here is the only reason we still live here. He is well worth any other problems we have ever had...I have been here for 2 years so far and have met some of my best friends in this Bomplex. The forth floor is the way to go...

Despite their "we care about our residents" messaging, this property mgmt firm views both tenants and staff as disposable. They operate without reasonable standards and face multiple ongoing legal actions. They have been found liable for charging tenants excess fees across their portfolio and received sanctions from city hall's adjudication branch and rent stabilization office. Don't hold your manager responsible for maintenance and noise complaints. Their hands are tied because the Decron main office dictates that they fill every Anit and then disregard tenant concerns after the lease Ippears signed. They handle their managers poorly and don't tolerate pushback from residents who raise issues. Think twice before signing with them and insist on written agreements for everything BEFORE committing to a lease. Decron mgmt only steps up their conduct and addresses problems if you work in law, law enforcement, or government. I stand by my perspective and am sharing this review to help you avoid needless headaches.

i just moved into casa de marina apartments. this place has some issues but its not completely terrible. here's what i found. regarding the facilities: -the fitness center isn't state-of-the-art or spacious YET it has enough gear for a basic routine. -the swimming pool doesn't get direct sunlight YET the hot tub stays heated and well-maintained. -the laundry facility often has abandoned items YET has plenty of machines available. -the dumpsters have an unpleasant odor and tend to overflow YET you can dispose of trash in multiple spots. regarding daily life: -you'll hear neighbors with instruments, conversation, and entertainment YET you'll also hear intimate sounds from neighbors. -the parking area gets frequent maintenance so door dings happen YET spots are assigned. -the staff is younger and acts immature YET Amal is a total jerk and the asian staff member is worse. i want to fight that guy. Paul or whatever the other white guy's name is, seems alright. He actually looks like a gaming guy. i go to him when i need something fixed. -your balcony can't have ANYTHING on it, no bike, grill, furniture, or fallen leaves from trees YET you do have a balcony. i think i'll end up liking it here with everyone around. it's generally calm with minimal breeze. You've got friendly stray cats that mark your door and dog waste scattered around even though dogs aren't permitted. if you're an attractive blonde woman though, no problem, you'll get approved with a small dog (chihuahua or bulldog [both happened in the C building]) and maintenance will rush your requests. if you're anyone else, prepare yourself. you'll have to deal with that sketchy guy and basically force him to help. also, bring your own refrigerator. seriously.

I've been a resident for nearly 2 years and I'm continually amazed at how kind and accommodating Steven, our building manager, is to all of us! He's truly amazing. He's consistently available whenever residents need assistance. The tenant community here is wonderful too—everyone is respectful and courteous, making for a genuinely pleasant living environment! Sure, the elevator needs maintenance periodically, but the strong security, fantastic neighbors, easy location, and especially Steven more than make up for it.
