I'm so excited that I found this building!!! The pool is gorgeous, and the gym is 24 hours so I no longer have an excuse :) Andrea, the community director was so friendly and helpful, that I felt like I found my home the second I walked in there. Mike, the maintenance supervisor, also took the time to introduce himself and was very nice. The location is perfect, because I get the centrality of Hollywood, and yet it's tucked away in a really safe neighborhood. It's also ideally located next to a 24 hour Ralphs. Anyway, so grateful I found home sweet home :)

We just resigned our lease for a second year and we are super happy to be here! Location is awesome given our needs. The complex has been recently renovated so the apartments and facilities are overall pretty great. The best thing however is the staff, unlike other places that have no personal connection, the majority of the staff has been here for awhile and works hard to be attentive and responsive and treat us not just as tenants but as individuals. Andrea works hard to make sure everything is in order at all times and will do her best to help with any issues. Mike and Adan are the maintenance crew who respond to requests almost immediately and are always around and super friendly. I would recommend Verse to anyone in the Hollywood area and is much better than these cookie cutter places that are trying to be trendy but have a revolving door of staff who could care less about their residents. I've been living at the Verse for two years, just signed a lease for another year. The location is great, building is very clean and up to date. Our apartment has so much storage, up to date appliances and is super spacious. Ralph's, Pinkberry, pet store and Bossa Nova are all on the corner! Runyon Canyon (great for visiting guests) is right up the street. Plus, you never wait for more than 3 minutes for an Uber! New new pool area is great , new grills. Can't wait to see the other additions to the building! Living in this place feels like home. You are treated with respect by the staff and tenants in the building. Everyone gets along well and are super nice to each other. Andrea is the best building manager I've ever had. She cares and takes time to discuss concerns and fix any issues that may arise, although few and far between. She organizes events for the building and also puts together charity drives (food for people in need) and other charity events. The maintenance staff Mike and Adan are the best guys ever. They are very quick to respond to any requests for little fixes. Roman, a newer addition is the most polite person I've met. Always cheerful and ready to help. I definitely recommend Verse Apartments.

More Fantastic Improvements! Love the new onsite lockers for cleaners delivery service & the entire staff is great always efficient but especial Andrea & Adan! Double AA Team! Also You can't beat the location it save me a lot of time close to work, entertainment & Runyon Canyon!!!

This is a great apartment complex! I give it my highest recommendation. We have lived here for 4 years. It's gone through some amazing improvements and additions. The gym and pool area are clean, good looking, and really fun to use. The staff here are incredible! Andrea runs the building extremely well while always treating people very kindly. Adan the handyman is always punctual, polite, and can fix just about anything really quickly. This place is great and if you can get an apartment here, DO IT!
