I am torn because although the property is nice so many homeless keep finding their way inside of a evening or late at night and it has become more dangerous the year I lived here... There is no security, I was told moving in there was but the phone number is not current. Like i said the apartments are nice/new but the crime happening out side is a little extreme an usually trickles inside. I was jumped outfront because someone tried to steal my dog, an followed me inside but I lost them in the hall an took off screaming and running. I just advise trying to talk to the tenants to get the truth about the events that keep happening here. The office people are nice and new each year we have lived here since it has switched management each year. You can find apartments for the same price an look just across sunset thats what I did, with out all the trouble at Verse/Scout off sunset.

it's incumbent upon me to share my experience living here. Apartments are nice, building is clean, neighbors are friendly. Can find better deals in much nicer parts of the city. At night, the corner feels unsafe and often riddled with trash and the homeless. Would all be fine if they didn't try to keep security deposit. They are in the business of draining as much money out of you. Do your due diligence and speak to people who have moved out if at all possible.

----------------...I mean do I need any other explanation. If you have ever known this lady then you'll know what it's like to live with the spawn of -----. She's also racist, so to anyone who isn't white do rent and save yourself the trouble.

This place is a scamm ------ very rude and disrespectful to all her residents she overcharged me on my movepit was absolutely terrible came up with pictures trying to show me and the pictures did her no justice basically its a scam after you sign your lease they dont care about you

It's been 3,5 years since i moved to this building and i still love it even more! Compare the price and quality i would say it's the best place that you can find around hollywood/west hollywood areas. Location is great, Ralphs working 24/7 right across street, restaurants, bars everything around or 5-10 minutes drive. Hollywood blvd couple blocks away, Runyon canyon is 10 minutes walk - great for hike :) Great heated always clean swimming pool, bbq area and hot tub are great for outdoors and relaxing time! Guys always keep all the areas clean and good smelling, no matter if it's trash or laundry room, elevator, lobby or gym. Very nice and clean gym (there's pretty everything to keep yourself in a good shape ad enough space for everything). Love the way how safe i feel in this building. Very convenient package concierge system that provides you the special room with lockers. I travel often for work and sometimes i don't know what day to expect delivery and it really helps me to feel safe enough and be sure that all of my packages are in a safe place, not under the door or behind the gate. The building even has bike room where you can safely store your bike, also pets spa room where you can take care of your pet with special shower, bath tub and all professional equipment .. Two safe parking spaces inside the building included which is also a huge plus for weho/hollywood. Special Thanks to General Manager Andrea who is always aware of everything , very professional polite and helpful with any questions almost 24/7 (besides the fact that she's also very pretty :)). Always makes sure that everything under control, clean, safe, work well, always greets you with a beautiful smile and a lot of positivity. In elevators are always wise ad positive phrases ad texts about life in frames... You know, its really nice of her to pay attention on small but such an important details.. Many thanks to assistant manager Rene who is also very nice and professional with any questions! I definitely have to mention the maintenance team - Mike and Chris! Guys you're amazing! So many times they immediately helped me with everything i needed, very polite, professional , always leave the place that worked on clean. And of course very friendly ad helpful 24/7! Guys make our life very comfortable ad easy.. Highly recommended this place!

I've been at VERSE for two years. The building is very clean, pet friendly, and conveniently close to a lot of great places. Runyon is right up the street which is great for dogs. They have a pet spa, if you want to groom and bathe your pet which is awesome. Great fitness center, pool, and hot tub. The property management and staff, ------, ----, ----, and ----- are super friendly and on top of things immediately. Also for the prices in this area it's more for your money. They provide coffee and snacks every morning, have a package concierge locker room as well. Highly recommended.

We love the location and amenity that Verse Hollywood has to offer, especially having 2 garage parking space is a plus. Their management team, ------ is the reason that we signed the lease and renew our lease for the 3rd year, her professionalism, knowledge, friendly, very responsive which made Verse Hollywood a great place to call home. ------'s assistant ---- is always cheerful and very helpful in every way. Their maintenance team ------------- are amazing. As soon as we fill out the request, things get done promptly. They keep the whole building very clean and well kept. Love this place and highly recommended.

I've lived in the Verse Hollywood for a few months now and would definitely recommend this building to anybody who is looking to move! The apartment itself was immaculate when I moved in, updated with new appliances and fixtures, and at an affordable price. The building has ALL the amenities one would need, and are kept tidy and clean at all times. Having lived in many cities and many buildings, I find the employees who work here exceptional; Andrea is super helpful and always willing to answer every question that I have, which is endearing when living in such a large building. I can't forget to mention that the building is conveniently located super close to EVERYTHING: metro to downtown, Ralphs, Runyon, Sunset Strip. Must I go on? Move in already.

Verse Hollywood is in the best location. Any place I need is in walking distance. Management is always here for me when I need something and addresses my requests quickly. The Morning coffee and snacks in the Lobby are one of my favorite parts. There were several layout options available, so we got the perfect fit for what we wanted. Overall, it's the best place I've lived in Hollywood.

We've been at this community for over 10 years. The location is perfect for us. We walk everywhere we need and we have 2 spots to park our car. Andrea and the other workers are always helpful and friendly. The building is clean and smelling nice. I like the size of the pool and the gym being open all day and night so we can go when it works for us. I'm thankful to have this place to come to everyday.
