Tenant Reviews for 600 S CLOVERDALE AVE

I moved here and was assured that the building did not have a history of safety issues which was a lie. The manager that told me this had his car driven through the garage gate (but he didn't tell until after I moved in otherwise I would not have). The building is very very very unsafe -- peoples cars get ransacked often and items taken from the building. They could care less about tenant safety. The units are out of date. Awful maintenance. I didn't have a stove for weeks.

parking sucks, let me repeat, parking sucks...if you have 2 cars, look somewhere else...forget about having guests unless they HAVE a city permit, or get lucky at 7:01 on 6th Street...AND some jerks broke into our building and vandelized my brand new car..BTW, get ready for your car to get jacked, broken into, valdelized, or all of the above...and never enough for you to report to your insurance, it always ends up costing a lil over or less than your deductible...and the elevator breaks down all the time, usually when you have a truckload of groceries from costco, and the front door has been broken 3 times for the five months I've been here...the AC leaks and melted our ceiling, but on the positive side...<br> Neighbors are awesome and friendly and it is a decent place if you have no choice and the location is great, you are close to everything.

Though things may have changed, I loved this apartment and would gladly move back into the building. Maintainance was prompt and the neighbors were considerate overall.
