I really enjoyed living here. The property is clean and well-kept, and it just has a really nice vibe overall. The staff is amazing super friendly and always quick to help out whenever something comes up. Shout out to Isaak and Mariah in the leasing office. Its just one of those places that feels like home, and thats not always easy to find. Definitely happy I chose to live here!

Top Tier Staff and Facility?

As a prospective renter I recently followed up on a recommendation I had to take a tour of the Beverly Arnaz. Upon arrival, I was immediately blown away by my initial interaction with the leasing agents at the Arnaz. I was greeted and approached in a legit manner that was both warm and genuine. I explained what I was looking for, my financial constraints and how soon I wanted in; from that point on, the process was smooth and extremely comfortable. I was toured by a young lady named Rachelle, who was friendly and had a thorough knowledge of the Btructure and its many amenities. Although there was minor construction being done to renovate the space, the 2 bedroom space I was looking at for my brother and I was awesome! The floor plan flowed well and the living space itself was well kept and okay for what I was looking for. The gym was also a huge plus for me. The weight set up and huge bathroom was exactly what I would need in an on-site gym. At the end of my tour I spoke to the leasing manager Brandon who made sure my experience was pleasant and comfortable. At no point in this processe did I feel pressured into renting from them which was great! In addition to this, while in the office I noticed that the tenants had built a pretty friendly relationship with the staff and seemed pretty happy to be living in the Btructure. That speaks volumes to me specifically because of the Torrendous way I was treated in my last Btructure. Overall this was a great experience and as I make my future choices for living, I can say with confidence that the Beverly Arnaz is at the top of my list for choices! This was a

My partner and I just moved in last week and I have to say that our experience has been flawless so far. The apartments have been recently renovated and we already feel at home. They take dogs without weight restriction which was a selling point to us. The staff has gone out of their way to make us feel at home, especially Clio, the community manager and Alonso the service guy.I definitely recommend this place.

Some of these reviews are just horrible. I've been living in the building for over a year and have never had any of these issues. Yea, the building may have gone through this city thing as described in one of the reviews, but seriously? There's nothing wrong with the building and as a matter of fact, this place is kept up better than any other dingy thing in the Beverly Hills area. I was thinking about moving out to save money and was looking around the area at comparable buildings. Go across Burton Way and see what you get for the price you pay here, it's atrocious. The reviews talking about the staff are just ridiculous, they have been nothing but wonderful to me and on several occasions I've just sat in the office chatting with them because they're fun to talk to and the maintenance fix what needs to be fixed as quickly as possible. They've even gone out of their way to put a package inside my apartment when I wasn't home and even check on my cat because I asked them for a favor. The location of this place is great. I'm close to anything in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and Century City. You've got so many great restaurants around the neighborhood that are just a short Uber ride away. All in all this building is great and I love it. Too bad these other reviewers may have had negative experiences. You never hear about the good stuff, people need to get the sticks out of their you-know-whats, like, just live your life, people, it's not that bad.

Cockroach infestation! I keep my apartment spotless, but something is wrong with the integrity of the building because we found a chew hole behind the refrigerator. It's seriously disgusting and the apartment mgmt company are trying to get residents to pay for pest control visits. don't come here unless you're okay with roaches and horrible landlords that won't return phone calls.

The best thing I like about this place is the peace and quiet. My neighbors are all friendly & we all get along well. These are probably the largest apartments in the area so you gain a lot of square footage compared to other places.

Bad plumbing and poor mgmt

bad services call emergency plumber never came during weekend call multiple time to mgmt report emergency destroyed our carpets and smell all over apartment Never offer cleaning after that mess
