Please please please don't rent here!! Probably the worst building in the area: always dirty, laundry room is awful, old rusty piping, smelly hallways, maintenance takes forever, they enter your room without permission, old shaky structure, if you need anything fixed management couple who lives up the street (different building) gives you attitude "what do you need this time?"... They should put different management people inside the building & do some remodeling.
