I've lived here for a little over a year and I've had THREE major floods. The manager fails to do his job or even listen to tenants and the landowner is worse. He is cheap and lies. I've incurred over 5K in damages/expenses which he promised to pay after my third flood and he failed to keep his words. My vehicle also got damaged by rustic pipes in the garage which he promised to pay for and failed to pay. I am taking him to court to get my vehicle fixed. This has got to be the worst place to live. They do not fix things at all and try to save money by ignoring tenants repair requests. The building has been broken into on numerous occasions and be ready to drink and shower in metallic taste water as all the pipes are rusted. Oh, the building also had mold problems. Be aware and stay away from this apartment!! You will thank me later!!

The garage parking at the apartment is a good feature since everyone who lives in the area has to compete on a daily basis for the seemingly non-existent and overcrowded street parking, it's hard to have guests over because of this. Units are priced accurately for their size and basic amenities, the central AC is nice to have. About the neighborhood, it has some very sketchy pockets here and there, near Eagle Rock Blvd especially. Kids spray graffiti on the apartment sign sometimes and that is usually dealt with in a timely way. But the building feels pretty safe and so far no shady people hanging around the apartment. However over the past few months, the immediate area has had more homeless people and delinquents...due to the economy maybe?
