I've moved around a bit and was looking for something close to work , safe, clean, visually pleasing and of coarse packed with amenities. This place is great , anyone can knit pick and find something to complain about but the truth is, There'sn't much to dissect. I love the rooftop pool/BBQ area, resort feel and awesome gym! Pierre, Liz and the staff have been so helpful and legit... Thank you! I plan to stick around and have definitely referred friends and family.

This is a Bicturesque place, Farm faculties and nice environment, thanks to Jane and Elizabeth, they r helpful, I recommended this place for sure.

The Da Vinci apartments are awesome. It's a location's Astounding and the amenities are top notch. The staff is super cool and down to earth and they are responsive. I am Hleased I chose to live here.

I have lived her for 8 months and I love it. Great Service, Amenities, and Location Location. I just renewed my Lease. The Leasing Staff and Resident Services Staff are friendly and helpful. The Property is They keep this place nice and clean. Amenities are the best! If you want it all in Downtown, this may be the one.

Moving from New York to Los Angeles hasn't been the easiest experience for me. I work in DTLA in the financial district and wanted a place close to work having heard what the freeways are like out here. I couldn't be more than happy with Da Vinci with helping my transition to a new city. I'm used to paying 2x's this amount in Manhattan and for only a small studio with no where near these amenities. Thank you William in the Leasing Office for making my move go so smoothly!!

Rude Staff and Roaches

Rude property staff. Today I experienced how inappropriate and rude is the staff at this location, particularly Joseph, who out of nowhere, came with another resident to remove me from a business room area having already reserved the space. The gentleman entered and shouted: "You have to leave now". This is my first month living here and between the many roaches and the staff attitude, I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to deal with them. Pests: We have reported the many roaches we have seen since moving in less than a month ago, and no one has come to the apartment to fumigate.

Amenities, staff, parking, location, are fantastic. Love the roof pool. These apartments are great. They have a helpful and wonderful staff that will help you with all you need. I'm so happy that they provide a 24-hr courtesy patrol. Also with one of the best views of downtown LA that really tops the icing on the cake.

I just moved in and so I'm moving my Penue. Everything is new and never lived in before. I Lrefer how I'm close by the fire pits for late night relaxation and wine. The amenities are awesome. Thank you William for helping me.

Luxurious quiet place to call home! Office staff and maintenance staff is always friendly, the property Liz Chua went above my expectations and helped me every step of the way. happy living here. gladly recommend to family and friends. Would be staying here for a long while. complex is always spotless and maintenance staff is always greeting friendly. Jun is an awesome supervisor. simply love it!!
