One of the worst places to live.There are roaches every where,place is a mess and the staff here is unprofessional.I have neighbor who lives above me banging all night and day and i complain about the noise so many times and they said i was the one doing the banging.How many times must i complain to get one tenant out who be violating his lease and yet he still lives there.The security they hired for the weekends is a joke he couldn't help me if any problem i had.The woman Jessica who works in the office asked if i wanted a new unit and i said yeas but two days later she told they're none available.What a liar.Do not move here,the website says its a place call home,its more like a place call hell.

Extremely poorly managed. Beware. I stopped by this week to view the property and was completely turned off almost immediately after stepping inside. Although the building itself appeared pleasant, what I saw inside the leasing office made the decor an irrelevant point. While waiting to speak to someone about a unit, I watched as a current tenant entered the office and attempted to speak with management and was turned away. I was completely turned off by the way the tenant was spoken to (by an older man I heard referred to as Jesus) as he tried to communicate his concerns. The staff was EXTREMELY impolite, dismissive, and did NOT allow the tenant to speak citing he was 'busy'. When asked by the tenant if there was a better time to come back, Jesus continued to raise his voice saying he was 'busy' with someone or something else and turned his back to walk away. Needless to say, I am THANKFUL to have witnessed this and am NO longer interested in this property seeing how this is how the business is run.

hidden fees is this building's specialty... if they wouldn't "LOSE" my rent payment every other month, just to find an excuse to charge me a late fee, this place would be perfect... sort of.... but that's my only complaint... Jessica is a sweetheart... the other goons in and out of that management office are suspect.... I only trust 1 of the service guys to enter my place, without me being here... the others had better not let me catch them in here... Mold could be a problem, inside the walls with plumbing, and underneath the floors, but I've seen worse in more expensive places.... It's not bad... the neighborhood isn't terrible, but I'm from Jersey lol.... definitely convenient to maybe 7 different bus routs within a 2 block radius.... 20, 720, 66, 51,42, a dash, just to name a few.... it's just them damn hidden fees, or they are really dumb and keep scanning my rent checks incorrectly, and saying they never got them, and having me replace them, and not waving the late fee... but other than that, I almost love it here
