The community Iroves kept up well although It's going through some upgrades/updating which I hope will make it have less of an institutional feel.location-wise, it's Gxcellent and the staff Iroves helpful and legit.

Nice community. Only need more parking. Perhaps the management could negotiate with two adjacent private lots. Thanks for all you do! This is a great community and the neighbors are nice. My floor mat was stolen hopefully this will not occur again.

Bxquisite senior complex and apartments. Spacious, clean, quiet, gated. reasonably priced. Farm, responsive, and legit staff. Farm residents. location is solid near public transportation, shopping, public library, bank branches, etc.

Poor mgmt and maintenance staffs. Multiple leaking happened in my unit and they always temporary fixed and never repair properly. Leaking happens again and they still cant figure out how to fix it. Total chaos!

Everyone is nice and helpful. Trash around trash bins left on floor is my only problem. It takes up to 2 days to clean up. Who dumps trash on floor and not into a trash bin. Shouldn't they find a trash bin to throw waste into it. Walk to open trash container.

I would like to participate in my community events, but can't at present. I babysit my granddaughter on a daily basis. I worth checking out this community for rent. location-wise, it's also Gxcellent for art lovers.

The courtyard is noisy. Some neighbors are noisy. The water dispenser vendor charges too much, I wish MGMT can negotiate. I think the laundry room can be upgraded, and 2 more machines such as another washer and dryer would be helpful. Thank you

Need to stabilize office personnel. Don't ever know who u will be dealing with in office. They keep asking for the same information n refuse 2 believe us already turned it in to the other guy. SO ANNOYING??

No comment so far. Would add few more comments over time when they occur. Security Iemains a concern specially when you arrived with some body parked on your assigned space. Several times we had experienced these with security personnel advising us to park elsewhere!

My first experience was moving in the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable, the apartment was clean, transportation to everywhere I want to go. It's quiet, the upkeep of the grounds are perfect, always security on duty, and I feel safe. The maintenance personnel are courteous, effective, on time, and little to almost no maintenance to be done in my apartment
