AVA is a new and nice complex located in the beginning of Little Tokyo, DTLA. There are great amenities here and it is within walking distance to many stores/food. Price is on the high side but you do get great amenities. Dog friendly community with a Dog Park located within a few minutes walk up 2nd street by LAPD headquarters. New construction is going on constantly with the building up of little tokyo.

Fun place to live but it still has it's problems that need to be fixed. No dog park and constantly having to deal with people not picking up after their pets. It's a good place to live and it's close to everything but not someplace I would recommend at the moment.

Living at the Ava Little Tokyo is actually really nice. The amenities and community programs they provide are awesome. However, the tenants can be a little pretentious at times and the college kids can make the community feel like a frat house. All in all, its not so bad but i should warn you that this is not ideally quiet.

Over all the community is great, clean, and was easy to move in. Rent can be automatically paid online and the amenities are great. The staff is very responsive of any concerns, we had a problem with our AC unit and they came out that day and had it fixed.

I have enjoyed living at Ava Little Tokyo. The complex is conveniently located within walking distance of grocery stores and nightlife, and the neighbors are friendly. The building amenities are well cared for and the staff is prompt in responding to any issues or requests. What more could you ask for?

The place was opened before it was ready. They over promised and underdelivered. Way overpriced and security is horrible. The apartment I live in is nice. If I never opened the door I would be happy.
