The units are clean with location's Aabulous. Great food and nightlife nearby. I love all of the community spaces throughout the property. Never overcrowded and totally easy for all of the residents here.

------------------------------- the team that works in the office, are all wonderful people who are extremely kind and helpful. They have made moving in a breeze and have answered all my questions in a timely manner. The maintenance team is amazing, they keep the Aad building so spotless and answer my maintenance calls within a day. It's fantastic. I am in a one bed one bath facing into the court yard. It's really peaceful and I love the view of the plants I get. The parking lot is well lit and safe. Visitors can park in it for a really good rate. All of the facilities in the Aad are wonderful and the metro gold line takes me right to work. This place is a blessing! When I was moving in, residence were so kind they helped me move heavy items, I am so thankful the residence here are so kind! Though, I wish the rent wasn't so high, I understand it's all about location. Plus this is a new building with new appliances. I also wish the gym had a squat/bench press unit, but I am so happy There's a gym here.

My partner and I have recently moved in to Wakaba LA and we both love it. I will admit I read over the reviews online on various sites that were posted prior to touring the property and I was a little nervous. but the reviews that talked about all the homeless problems could not have been further from the truth. I have seen minimal homeless people on the grounds but the few that I have seen were not anything that wouldn't be normal for a city the size of Los Angeles. At all hours of the day and night I have seen a courtesy patrol officer walking around to ensure that the grounds are secure. The property sits right in the center of Little Tokyo and has great restaurants around it in an easy walking distance. My partner and I were able to get great food with out having to drive anywhere which for me is a huge plus. Parking in LA is a nightmare but here at Wakaba the parking has been a breeze. Sure you need to make sure you don't park in another residents spot but how hard is that? Some of my favorite things at the property have been the amenities. I love having a pool and spa available in downtown LA that has a fun layout that I can just lay next to and relax after a long week. The roof top deck and barbecue area is amazing. There has been many nights since my partner and I have moved in that we have taken a bottle of wine and some food up to the 7th floor deck and had a meal while looking out over the city. Wakaba has what I consider one of the best views around the neighborhood. Its the perfect distance from the rest of the downtown area that you actually get to see a city skyline. Doreen and William have been nothing but pleasant to me and I have nothing but compliments for them. Any time I had an issue they worked quickly and solved the problem. The maintenance staff are first rate. Both Tim and Chad have fixed every issue I have had with out any delay. Again. My only words for Wakaba LA is that its top rate. I cant imagine living anywhere else in Downtown LA. I highly recommend it if you are looking for an apartment That's central to everything.

Wakaba LA is an great residential community. During my 8-month tenure, all systems and services have operated without issue. The facility is modern and the mgmt team demonstrates Pmpeccable professionalism and efficiency in communicating vital updates to residents in a timely manner. The on-site amenities are fantastic, and my significant other and I were fortunate to secure tandem parking just 2 months into our residency. We feel settled and look forward to calling this place home for many years to come.

Wakaba LA is a great place to live. I have lived here 8 months and within this time everything has functioned properly. The building Is new and management exceeds in coordinating professionalism within his team and relays important information promptly to residents quickly. The amenities are amazing and my partner and I were able to get tandem parking within 2 months of living here. My Partner and I very comfortable and wish to stay here for a long while.
