When looking for an apartment home, Axis is the way to go. Many different floors plan to select from. Why sold me was the closet space and the bay windows. The sun gives me a big good morning kiss in the morning!

Apartment staffs are very kind and helpful. Package receiving service is really convenient. Around the community is but noisy but the community is quiet. Residents are also quiet and kind. I like the apartment and community so far.

Apartment is really nice & the concierge is friendly. Wish the upstiars neighbors werent so loud while walking. Security is great, a homeless person wasnt leaving me alone and concierge came out really fast.

Very poor soundproofing from top to bottom. When my apartment is too silent Ive heard the talking. The real problem has been the dragging furniture and running. Its not worth the anxiety. The maintenance team are nice, the porters are sweet ladies who do a great job of keep the premises clean. The new front desk workers are professional, the old ones maybe not as much. Ive had a few problems I shouldnt have had.

Half the time since moving in, the house has been broken. Now even electricity has a problem. The two bathrooms are dark and afraid of a fire caused by an electrical short circuit. They have no answer yet. I can't even use the refrigerator properly.

Happy to move in to this community that's close to my company and my friends. Pro: The overall design of the apartment is impressive. The leasing staffs are friendly. Leasing office receives packages for us do we don't have to worry about losing a package. Con: Since it's at DTLA, it gets noisy sometimes at night.

All of the staff was great and I'm conflicted because they are all knowledgeable and handle customer service situations very well. With that said the only thing I would say is there is no professionalism. I've heard leasing in back yelling and shouting after they hung up with another person on the phone. I've also had one leasing staff member laugh while they were on the phone with me and it wasn't a laugh that pertained to our conversation. I know this because we were discussing move-in day. I don't want to discredit the leasing office, because they were helpful and great. However, they could more professionalism.

I've been living at different communities and apartments, Axis is so far the best experience. Staff are all very professional, friendly, and tentative to our needs. The place is kept spotless. The amenities are excellent, and kept well, so is the interior of the apartment. Even my friends who helped with my moving-in spoke very highly of Axis. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to live at DTLA area.
