When looking for an apartment home, Axis is the way to go. Many different floors plan to select from. Why sold me was the closet space and the bay windows. The sun gives me a big good morning kiss in the morning!

..So make sure yours is your haven. I have lived all over California- from South Lake Tahoe to Costa Mesa- nothing else compares. I feel safe, heard, cared for, and I have a luxury living experience. I think the thing that separates Axis from the rest is the property management. I couldn’t possibly say enough about the people you’ll work with when you move into Axis. If I could make one suggestion, it would be that long-term tenants on good terms be considered for a reduced or eliminated annual rent increase. If rent prices stay consistent in your region, annual increases eventually make it cheaper to move somewhere else. All communities are subject to this but if Axis had a program to prevent positive tenants from experiencing this it would truly be beyond perfect. Call the team and ask for Dennis or Terrel, and begin your journey toward sanctuary.

Happy to move in to this community that's close to my company and my friends. Pro: The overall design of the place is impressive. The leasing staffs are friendly. Leasing office receives packages for us do we don't have to worry about losing a package. Con: Since it's at DTLA, it gets loud sometimes at night.

Ive lived in DTLA for 12 years now and I have lived in numerous buildings, under numerous mgmt companies, Axis is by far the best apartment community I have lived in! The mgmt, security, maintenance, and cleaning teams are all top notch and really make you feel like a resident and not just a rent check. Neighbors are super friendly too! I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking to live in a quiet, upscale neighborhood/apartment community in DTLA!

My husband and I have lived at Axis for nearly 2 years. This unit's got been special for us because it's where we brought home our first child. The staff here has been nothing short of welcoming and accommodating. The experience here most definitely has felt like a community, from the awesome events to the weekly complimentary fitness classes. There have been a few issues since living here, but they are issues that were always taken seriously and addressed promptly. I worth checking out (and have recommended) Axis to anyone who wants to live with the peace of knowing that they're being taken care of.

The front staff security are amazing especially Natalie who always greets with a smile and willing to help. The place is so clean always and all the amenities are fairly new. I would advice a better smelling cleaning product but cant complain as the place is always so clean. Live that the bbq upstairs is always sooo clean and ready to use.

By having a virtual tour and not seeing the unit in person before we leased there were a few things we missed or didn't understand. We weren't aware that there was an additional building a walk away where are amenities like the pool is. The lack of storage in the bath room, screen in the windows and a refrigerator with out a water filter were things that we expected to see in the unit as well.

I love how every little space in my place is used efficiently. The closet space and storage space is amazing. I also love how I get sunlight into my bedroom. Most importantly both axis staff member and tenants here keep a clean environment.

Good. I would want to extend my lease if i could get the same benefits as the new tenants but i didnt decline to provide that. So i am moving to another apartment community. I wish they offer it as well for the current tenants
