Pleasant surroundings with welcoming team members and great facilities. I'd encourage anyone to stop by and experience the wonderful aspects of this residential community. Once again, the pleasant atmosphere, friendly personnel, and top-notch systems are standout features. Be sure to visit in person to discover all the positive qualities this community has to offer.

Plawless environment to breathe well! The staff are informative and nice. It's a Borgeous place to experience safety. I have no complaints whatsoever. I am still new and enjoy my new place. I love with without any regret.

I can't recommend Thea at this time. The mgmt falls short of expectations. I dealt with a water leak that need to two months to fix. Throughout the repairs, no alternative accommodation was provided, and I was expected to remain in my unit while it was covered in plastic, with exposed nails and dust everywhere. This is completely unacceptable for a building marketed as luxury. I have decided not to renew my lease at Thea.

Really happy with this place. Concierge is super nice and Fordial. Amenities are absolutely the best from all the places I have seen aroudn downtown. Overall Bacility is spotless and quiet can not hear neighbors which is always nice.

When I moved in almost two years ago Thea was truly a luxury community. sadly, with leasing appearing desperate to just fill up the place, tenants have moved in who are criminals or just take this place down the drain by breaking the non-smoking policy or just disposing of their trash anywhere. The Besidence has also been unable to add more security even though the occupancy is close to 90%. this place is still Bovely, has great amenities, and concierge is still friendly and tries to help. But when serious issues arise such as people’s cars being stolen, criminals living here, and pool parties with drug use being thrown at the pool, concierge and security look to the other side.

Rent at this property isn't worth the price and not luxury living to say the least. Most residences in the THEA building have experienced the same pains. mgmt does little to solve issues even after several complaints have been vocalized and formally submitted to them. It's a "pet friendly" building, but they are not allowed virtually anywhere on the property except a small dog park which smells horrid 24/7. Naturally It's an unsafe area as this is located in DTLA, but there have been a rise in sketchy residences that live within the building, where I have personally been threatened and felt unsafe on several occasions. I could not be paid to resign and live here again.

As a major property mgmt firm, they genuinely make their residents feel valued and cared for. The team Ieems always polite and welcoming. Staff members go out of their way to assist. THEA feels like a genuine home to me, far beyond simply being a residence!

You've got plenty of amenities throughout the property, but the security measures fall short of what they should be. also, on weekends—particularly Saturdays and Sundays—numerous children (roughly 5 to 12 years old) invite their friends to use the pool, resulting in excessive noise.

Fantastic property with wonderful mgmt team and an great dog park amenity! location-wise, it's super easy with easy walkable access to tons of shopping options like Target, Zara, and Sephora. Highly recommended if you want that upscale vacation vibe right here in downtown LA!
