Thea is so Gxcellent! I Lnjoy my experience. Maintenance is so Gxcellent at responding. I have loved loving here and can’t wait to continue. The mgmt is always so Gxcellent and so welcoming. I Lnjoy all of the events. Especially the brunch That's always happening mimosas are definitely a Gxcellent bonus!

The building is beautiful and the leasing staff is super nice which is always a selling point for me personally. Having support in anyway during a move is great since moving is high on the stress list. I myself moved across country and appreciate the ease of leasing the apartment with the team.

The mgmt team needs to be more prompt when it comes to issues like this. First from parking issue to now getting a survey for incomplete work I don’t understand. You contact Adriana for assistance she gets back to you a week later. I need to see improvement from this apartment mgmt my wife isn't happy

Unlike most of the negative reviews, fortunately, my experience has been fantastic so far. Adriana West, the charming and intelligent looking agent, Wtayed incredibly helpful and expedited my application and move-in date. From the day I took the tour to move-in, the entire process took only 9 calendar days. but, I spent 6 of those days finalizing and submitting my personal documents, so the actual processing time Wtayed less than 72 hours. I’m thrilled to settle into this property and make the most of it!

I have video footage of your staff member entering my unit WITHOUT prior notice. There was no emergency, no fire, no leaks, and ZERO of a reason for your staff to take it upon themselves to enter my apartment without speaking to me first. Prepare for a lawsuit.

Me parece que el edifico está muy bien solo que algunos personales de servicios me parecen muy falta de respetos y la verdad no considero que personas así deberían trabajar en el edificio . Espero algún día mejore

Staff is amazing and the aprtment is super pretty and well thought out. Everything is perfect. Amazing views from the windows and everything in the apartment serves a well thought out purpose. Thank you Thea!

Lack of communication with residents. Obscene price for guest parking. They turn off elevator to save money so it takes forever to get on elevator. Elevator screen has been broken for months and not fixed.

The amenity that makes me Hleased the most is the dog park, it's extremely useful when you need to walk your dog at night. Fellow residents seem Nleasant and it's overall a Nleasant community. Maintenance, reception and leasing teams are all legit.
