my wife and i went to look at this building and while the building was great , the management left a LOT to be desired, she met us in the lobby dressed all in black that looked like pajamas her name was Nicole. she showed us around but we both got the feeling that she had better things to do than show us the building. we tried asking about the local area but she was very short and snapped at us and when a tenant walked up she was extremely rude to him and just about took his head off for asking a simple question. while we liked the building and the location, we both decided that she was not worth dealing with and left Great looking place but could not deal with her demeanor for someone who is the "face" of the company we will pass . . . not helpful or nice so sorry well pass

Went there a week or so ago to look at an apartment , apparently they is new management now , she was very rude , had a take it or leave it attitude . She made us feel like we were wasting her time , while showing us around a tenant stopped to Ask her a question and she about ripped her head off snapping back at her . While the property looks very nice we would not EVER consider living there with such a discourteous manager , she was dressed in all black and they almost looked like pajamas , just extremely unprofessional in every way I believe her name was Nicole ?

Love living here. This building has it all, beautiful view of mountains, local restaurants, stores, FWY's, theme parks, hospitals, stadiums, ect. Thats just the beginning the apartments are very spacious, i mean very spacious, not what you would find near here or a few miles from here. The management team is the best. You have a problem and before you know it is fix. Secure Parking is a plus with lots of parking space outside for visitors. The bad side of this place is that there isn't one.

My roommate and I have been living at Los Feliz Summit for about a year and a half and we are more than satisfied. The apartment is modern (crown molding, accent walls, new appliances) and compared to other apartments we looked at in the area the square footage and floorplan can't be beat. Plus there is designated underground parking and plenty of parking for guests around the building (a rarity in this area). Onsite management and staff are top notch, and any maintenence requests have always been dealt with in a timely manner. I've met a number of residents who have lived in the building for over 10 years and after living here I now see why.

The apartment faces Los Feliz Blvd., so the road noise (motorcycles, sirens, ambulances, honking horns) can be loud. But the occupants are quiet and friendly. The place is very well maintained and the manager is always pleasant and responsive. The rooms are a nice size and bright and airy. The location is convenient. It is a great place to live.

Great apartment complex. Clean and well maintained. Open floor plan with updates throughout. Private BBQ area and outdoor pool. Small fitness center. Secure assigned underground parking. Ample street parking as well. The on-site manager is fantastic! Maintenance requests are answered promptly.

There are T-mobile antennas on the roof. You cannot see them, because they are concealed in the structures on the roof. But you can see the structures above the entrance and on the corners of the building. Maintenance: Some things have not been repaired since I have moved in over two years ago. But when the sink was clogged the plumber unclogged it on the same day. Noise: The Los Feliz side is noisy; the building is located near busy intersection. You can also hear neighbors walking, closing doors, sliding windows, playing guitar or radio. When the neighbor uses shower there is a whistling noise in the apartment. The floor in my apartment vibrates on occasion. The area neare the garbage chute smells sometimes. There is a nice BBQ area in the building. There is also a swimming pool, which is nice during summer. Bur at other times water is cold. There is a small exercise room.

This apartment building is a great place to live. I have lived here for 2 years and notice a lot of my neighbors have lived here for several years. The location of the building is great! The apartments are huge and the property is kept very clean. The manager Gloria is nice and helpful too. I'm so happy I chose to live here and would highly recommend it to others.
