THE MANAGER IS NO WAY A THIEF. HE DOES EVER THING HE CAN TO HELP HIS TENANTS AND HE HAS BEEN IN MY APT DELEVERING PACKAGES AND NEVER HAS TAKEN ANY THING AND HE NEVER WOULD. WHO EVER SAYS DIFFERENT NEEDS TO GET HELP. HE ALSO TAKES CAR OF OUR PETS WHEN WE GO OUT OF TOWN. YOU COULDN'T ASK FOR A MORE CARING AND TRUSTING PERSON THE HIM AND HIS WIFE. AS FOR CALLING HIM A PERVERT THAT IS A JOKE.

I also agree we have the very best resident managers. They receive everyone's packages, respond so quickly if ever you need ANYTHING! The apartments are older like most in Brentwood but we have parking, a pool, gym equipment and very nice people live here.......................

I live here and I love it. I have no idea what these other people who wrote bad reviews are talking about. They can't possibly live here - or perhaps they are accustomed to Four Seasons type of living accomodations. The manager is the nicest person, let alone manager, that I have ever had. When something breaks, it is fixed the next day. ALWAYS. If we get ants, as most CA homes do, they are exterminated the next day. ALWAYS. The pool and the hot-tub are heated and kept up VERY well. The gym equipment is a little old, but at least its there - it is totally usable, and does not smell, like the other reviewer said. We just got 4 beautiful brand new grills in the courtyard. The gym bathrooms have dry saunas as well. Wonderful. The rent is cheap for this neighborhood. The noise level is more quiet that I have experienced in other buildings, but as everyone knows, it depends on who your next door neighbors are. My apt. is right off the courtyard, so sound should echo right into my place- but it rarely does. I will be staying here as long as I possible can.

That is 30 years of nasty old sweat if you're scoring at home. And there is a creepy stalker dude who yells at himself all the time who live here.

The manager is a pervert and a thief. Avoid Sunset West at all costs!
