Horrible place!!! Lots of bugs and mold and the managers are unbelievably unresponsive. They never respond to phone calls or answer their phone. They increase the rent a lot each year and the rent price for what you get is absurd. It's a very dirty place that's covered up with some new paint. Also, there is NEVER any parking on the street and no guest parking.

My husband and I had the pleasure of living at The Brentwood Tuscany for more than a year, and we highly recommend it! We had to leave LA for my husband's new job and were very sad to leave this beautiful property in a highly coveted, convenient and safe area of Los Angeles. The Brentwood Tuscany has lovely Tuscan decor, is clean and well-maintained - and its location at the end of a cul-de-sac keeps the property tucked away from city bustle, but still just a short walk to some amazing restaurants, Whole Foods, CVS, a farmer's market and more. Plus, our experience with the on-site managers, Paula especially, was very positive from beginning to end. A big thank you to The Brentwood Tuscany for a wonderful stay!

This is by far the nicest place I have ever lived. I've been here 2.5 yrs. It's very, very clean, all new appliances and cabinets, pool, small gym. Each time that I've had a maintenance problem, it was promptly taken care of. I highly recommend this complex

This is a very peaceful complex, with great potential. However as the person said above the new on-site managers are horrible. They are obviously freeloaders looking for a free stay somewhere, and lack management ability, or just don't care. Some apartments are nice, and others are run down and smell bad. Some hallways smell like smoke, and others like trash.

The apartments are pretty nice, especially if they are newly remodeled. The facilities are also kept in good condition. The only drawback are the onsite managers. Previous managers were helpful and friendly, however as of December 2007 the mangers are rude and disgusting. Many residents are planning on moving out of Brentwood Tuscany because of these awful people. Hopefully BT can get new managers soon, and make this place great again.
