The up keep of the building is terrible. The apartments the pipes are bad here instead of the property manager Angel repairing things the right way he’ll have a job patched up. The pipes continuously breaking and we as residents that pay to stay here have walk around in your apartment for weeks until he feel like getting it taken care of. things that aren’t working in your apartment he’ll make up excuses as to way something cannot be done. They stole my clothes that was delivered to the leasing office my merchandise mysteriously came up missing and Angel had Elizabeth from the office call me and told they aren’t responsible for my merchandise when I have had items delivered there before and nothing never. All of sudden he’s involved and the merchandise is stolen shame on you. Now he’s retaliating against me because I called out about my missing items. He parks his car in front of his garage which it make it difficult for me to park my car. When his wife is parked in her spot which right next to mines he’ll have the one the maintenance crew to park in his wife spit which no one never did before until I said something about my merchandise missing. And I don’t trust him I had a camera to watch my car in the house and when I am not home. I don’t know why the property company have him a property manager because not good at all.

Don't move here! They have some very questionable people working for them, who are trusted to have keys and access to your apartment. We left for the Bahamas on 2/5/2021 and returned on 2/18/2021. On 2/15//2021 the manager Angel Fuentes entered my apartment claiming there was a plumbing issue, he entered without my permission or knowledge. When I returned home I noticed that my son's Nintendo Switch had been stolen, we left it sitting on the couch when we left, came back home and it was gone. Angel has entered into my apartment in the past without my permission or knowledge. These are some shady people. The head Manager Brian Arrowsmith is just as bad as the manager Angel. I've asked Brain to put me in contact with his manager or the owners so that I can have my concerns addressed, Brian refuses to give me a phone number or even an email address for his manager or the property owners. I'm in the process of filing a police report for this incident. They also refuse to fix things in the apartment, the apartments have roaches, and are old and outdated. The walls are paper thin so your neighbors can here your full conversation. This neighborhood is not safe, I moved to this particular unit because these units are gated but tenants are allowed to prop the gates open for hours at a time, sometimes overnight so you can forget about having the extra security that the gates are suppose to provide.

I've been living here for about a month, and so far it's ok... Although I they consider this area part of the Jungles, it's technically not part of the Jungles. The upkeep of the premises is well kept. and the cleanliness in the apartments entry is clean. My 1 bedroom apartment is very roomy and spacious. I don't have pest problem other than ants. I don't have any pictures to show at this time, I may add later. So far so good, however the only thing that bothers me is that the walls are super thin and I can hear when someone is coming up stairs, but maybe that's a good thing for me.
