Noisiest, most nasty neighbor sublet next door to me and though the condo board was sweet & sympathetic, he's still in there. And, last week, someone's plumbing on my floor backed up & flooded the whole unit and hallway - disgusting & stinky. Also, the neighborhood is a nightmare - gentrification amongst gang shootings. Don't do it.”
