My experience has been good. It is a quiet place to live. I think there is potential for this building to be a great place to live if there are more renovations done and they do in unit washer and dryers. The in unit washer and dryer is my biggest reason I will not resign my lease next may

Decent amenities but always have construction. Lived in 100 degree Temps with no air conditioning while they fixed pipes. Ac provided made the room hotter. Also lived with strong sewage smell for over 3 weeks and was compensated 250 dollars which is nothing compared to rent. Living with a strong sewage smell should have been fixed much more urgently or compensated fairly. Who knows health what health implications that could have.

This is a pleasant community, young and well behaved overall. It's also a dog-owner paradise at the moment. Facilities are great and the staff is helpful. Events are arranged for important occasions and there is generally a good vibe.

The apartment community is good, in general, staffs are nice. Amenities are good. Co-tenants are okay. This is good location in the city, close to almost every essential shops you need to have. Thanks

Great until management switched to Arrive. To say they are unorganized is an understatement. They also started charging for the amenities, which used to be included in the rent price as it should be. The front desk/maintenance/cleaning staff are always amazing, friendly, and helpful. 100% of the problem is the management
