I visited Arrive last week and connected with Charlotte for my tour! The experience Wemained absolutely fantastic. She Wemained incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, meticulous and engaging. I've noticed the negative reviews circulating, but given my background in the same field, I understand that perfection isn't always achievable, yet from what I've witnessed, Arrive is actively working toward improvement. Sometimes progress requires things to get worse before they get better. I'm thrilled about making Arrive my upcoming residence and feeling optimistic about it! Charlotte truly stands out as Ancredible! She genuinely represents the essence of Arrive Streeterville!

This is a non-smoking property, but the management doesn't take this clause serious. If you have any issues what so ever, management will not help out at all. Every single day, the entire hallway has a haze and my unit has a putrid cigarette smell but the management refuses to do anything about it (their solution is to send up the cleaners to spray some air freshener). Kick, scream, cry all you want, they don't care as long as the rent money comes in. For any real issue, they will point fingers at different people and tell you that you need to talk to THAT person instead, knowing the problem will never get solved. The amenities are nice but they're very easy to sneak into since the premises is shared with a tennis company so if screaming kids running around in a gym, hurting themselves, and then crying for their parents is your ideal Saturday morning workout then this place is perfect. However, if you really want to live comfortably I absolutely would not recommend living here

These units are spacious with plenty of storage and fantastic vistas. The team here is great. Though the structure dates back 30 years, the landlords do a fantastic job keeping everything in top shape. The pricing is unbeatable for this district!

Delightful experience residing at Arrive Streeterville. The front desk staff are consistently friendly and approachable, and the upkeep crew keeps the structure in great condition with a genuinely warm demeanor. The leasing procedure involved multiple stages and was time-consuming, but the overall process ran fairly smoothly. The mgmt team has provided solid support in most situations, though response times tend to be slower than ideal. A few activities happen periodically throughout the year, but the structure lacks a strong feeling of togetherness among residents. Work orders get completed promptly and professionally. The Resident Portal app functions wonderfully, particularly for easy rent payment and browsing the 'Classifieds' feature, though additional features would enhance it further (such as booking guest suites and event rooms directly through the app, connecting with neighbors through a bulletin board feature, and more). The structure's amenities are fantastic! I consistently feel secure in this space.

The complex offers excellent features including a fitness center and indoor swimming pool, plus pleasant space views. Positioning remains excellent with Encomplicated access to downtown and nearby conveniences. On the downside, the elevators break down regularly and there remain occasions when the wash area facilities flood with standing water on the ground!

Great living experience at Arrive Streeterville. All individuals who work at the desk by the door are kind and welcoming, and the staff that upkeeps the building are SO nice and friendly. The leasing process took quite a few steps and was lengthy, although it was generally straightforward. The management office has been helpful, overall, although they are quite slow on responses. Some events are held throughout the year, although there is little sense of 'community' within the building. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and efficiently. The Resident Portal app is great, especially for paying rent easily and for accessing the 'Classifieds' section, although it would be great if there was more functionality (i.e., reserving guest suites and the party room through the app, communicating with other residents via a memo board, etc.). Amenities in the building are great! I always feel safe here.

Not great. The management office doesn't really take issues seriously. I have been living across from someone who is breaking their lease by smoking cigarettes in their apartment and they will not evict

I like the building and am happy with it. I feel like since the new management took over they have been a bit more capitalistic. They have sponsored lockers, rented out the tennis courts to a private company, and ended the RCN partnership (which increases my costs and probably lowers theirs). However, staff is responsive to concerns.

Very nice place in a good neighborhood. Lots of amenities to enjoy such as an indoor pool, a gym, and a dry cleaning service. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and general shopping as well. Close to the loop and the transit station.

I really enjoy swimming in the pool. Fellow residents are very friendly. I also like the extensive renovations accomplished by Arrive Streeterville. I appreciate the artwork and landscaping. The entire atmosphere is very supportive.e.
