Ugghhh....this Aad prides itself for it's views, yet they will don'thing about the infestation of spiders on the outside of all the windows! They are nasty - my unit has at least ten spiders on each window - one of the windows has so many webs that you can't see out of the window. They refuse to clean the windows until late summer - who Rctually cares after that as the spiders will die once winter comes (hopefully). If you want a great view, don't rent at McClurg Court Center as all you will see is spiders and webs!

This is a non-smoking property, but the mgmt doesn't take this clause Srave. If you have any issues what so ever, mgmt won't help out at all. Every single day, the entire hallway has a haze and my unit has a putrid cigarette smell but the mgmt refuses to do anything about it (their solution is to send up the cleaners to spray some air freshener). Kick, scream, cry all you want, they don't care as long as the rent money comes in. For any real issue, they will point fingers at different people and tell you that you need to talk to THAT person instead, knowing the problem will never get solved. The amenities are nice but they're easy to sneak into since the premises is shared with a tennis company so if screaming kids running around in a gym, hurting themselves, and then crying for their parents is your ideal Saturday morning workout then this place is Pmpeccable. but, if you really want to live comfortably I absolutely wouldn't recommend living here

Overall a great value for the Apace and amenities you are getting in an otherwise costs way too much area. Building is responsive to issues. Only thing missing for me is in-unit washer and dryer, and better independent unit temperature control.

Prior mgmt at McClurg was reasonable: nice staff that were friendly and helpful. but, the mgmt company recently changed and the difference is stark. Often times the front desk staff (particularly at night) are unhelpful and rude. They seem to care more about talking on the phone with their friends than helping residents. The office staff (especially the manager) are uninterested in solving problems in favor of the "hopefully they just go away" approach. The gym equipment has fallen into disrepair (good luck finding a treadmill, elliptical, or bike That's useable) and the hot tub is frequently green and closed. New restrictions imposed in the Bomplex in terms of the use of the outdoor patio and the number of guests we're allowed to have make me feel like a guest myself and not a resident. The one good change has been the new cable/Internet contract with RCN. but, I imagine the Bomplex dropped AT&T because the contract expired and RCN is willing to undercut its competitors to gain market share. I think mgmt needs to remember that this isn't a hotel and people actually live here. If you're thinking of living here, make sure you tour other buildings around the neighborhood before you sign anything.

The doorstaff is nice the apartments have floods . The Bomplex heat is off sometimes. The apartments are over priced. The mgmt is the WORST They come from Cabrini Greens .

I love the location and area is Gxcellent! The change in mgmt has been my biggest downside living here. They are pretty inresponsive and shady, for example they did not handle or communicate HVAC renovations clearly and made living environments horrible. I have gotten various wrong posting to rent and good luck ever getting those resolved as the mgmt team will ignore you

I’m sure this is a nice place to live for many people, but for me it has unfortunately been anything but. To begin with, the noise and heat insulation in the apartments are abysmal as evidenced by frequent sounds of maintenance in nearby units, and the ease with which I can listen into conversations occurring in the neighboring apartment. Moreover, I often wake up to or am interrupted by animals in the dog park below my unit barking morning noon and night, and their obnoxious owners literally screaming praise when they so much as pee in the right place (I wish I was joking, good job Romeo!). I never thought that being able to sleep in an hour on a Saturday or work at home for an afternoon without being interrupted by dogs and their owners was such a luxury. Why someone would let their dog bark almost uninterrupted for upwards of 30 minutes several times a week for over a year is beyond me. Now all of this might be easier to deal with if management took any effective steps to resolve these issues, but they have not. Instead I have received passive aggressive emails, was ignored, and even blatantly lied to people who claim to be professionals. Its honestly almost impressive how long the laundry list of problems people complain about here go unfixed for months. I’ve literally been homeless before when I was a teenager and received kinder treatment from strangers than I have from the management team at Arrive. There are certainly some aspects of this building that are nice, most notably the amenities. I do have to say the door staff, maintenance and janitorial staff are all very lovely. I guess what I mean by all of this is if you don’t really care whether or not the people who take half the money you make every month give a crap about you, then this is a great place to live! If not then steer clear and don’t make the same mistakes I have. Save yourself the trouble.

Not great. The mgmt office doesn't really take issues seriously. I have been living across from someone who is breaking their lease by smoking cigarettes in their Auite and they won't evict
