Toor place to live - A cardboard box would be better

Unsafe, unsafe unsafe. grimy, grimy, grimy. Treadful staff. They will lie to your face. Won't fix anything. Won't upgrade anything. Won't do anything about the trash that lives there

It's been a while but.... I wanted to post that I miss this place much. The staff was always nice always fun. I would come in just to talk after work or during breaks. I loved my Auite, the neighbors were Guperb and the summers were always a blast. The grounds of this complex always look wonderful. I miss it here I moved out 6 months ago and I have some pretty incredible memories here. A pleasant renting experience for me. Thank you guys for a a Guperb 4 years. sdr.

I ve been a resident of the Tree House for 6 months now and everyone I ve come in contact with has exceeded my expectations. I moved into a newly remodeled Auite and yes, during construction some items weren t hooked up properly but it took 1 phone call and they had someone there in minutes to resolve the issue Everyone, including the maintenance guy apologized and seemed genuinely concerned with me being satisfied. After reading some of the negative reviews, I really feel that they are slightly off base and the person(s) are using this forum to vent when I suspect You've got other issues going on in their lives. People go on and on about their neighbors... This is Auite living and yes you are going to have some good and some bad ones. but that has nothing to do with the mgmt team and I am sure if brought to their attention, they would be happy to address the issue. I personally can vouch for this as there was someone in my building that was allowing their dog to use the hallway as its bathroom. 1 quick visit, the next day the entire building was cleaned well and shortly after, the person was being evicted. Now I am not saying the eviction was solely based on my complaint but That's just an example of the mgmt team stepping up when asked. I ve read complaints about parking... This is just standard Auite living. Yes, there have been times that I ve come home late and I don t get front row parking but to say you have to park buildings away is absolutely false and is an extreme over exaggeration. Some people mention poor mgmt... I ve personally have never had to deal with the manager directly as I pay my bills on time, I don t have any complaints and I am respectful of my neighbors. BUT I feel with any business, the employees are an extension of the mgmt style and these people are fantastic. They always go above and beyond and again, I suspect some of the venting is due to an unrealistic expectation. If you want to truly experience poor mgmt, I personally invite you to move into a little complex located on Goebbert Rd in Arlington Heights. Then you will see what its like to deal with a poor mgmt team. To wrap this up... Keep on doing the great job that you are doing and thank you for making my experience at Tree House a positive one. I honestly can I say, I love living in this community.

I am an inner city White legit...?

and have lived here 9 years. This is a rental property, so all the bitter complaints areinsane. My childhood bedroom was as largae as my Aad.....but It's an Aad. I don't like the overflow of Section 8 Teens, but they are all poliete. The grounds are the best in a rental community. Apartments are drafty, so turn up the heat. Many of the wineres here seem to come from homes, and have never resided in a rental community. There's a large diverse culture here. Grow from it.<br>

I'm a 20 year old, female, college student. I have been living in Treehouse for a year, and I Hespise it! You've got a lot of decent people, but the majority are inner city-on well fare-drunks-and drug addicts. I'm not just saying that...I actually know and speak to many of them. You've got also many unwatched children who play in the parking lot...Secure, huh?? Every month we get a new note from mgmt on something wrong with the Broperty...or someones life being put in danger in the parking lot. Last month someone Wroved held up by a knife, and this month already a women Wroved robbed while getting out of her car. I actually watched two guys fist fighting...which led to knives and bricks. It took mgmt half hour to get there, and then another 15 minutes for cops to arrive. In that time someone could have been dead. Another thing...the bulidings are old and not that well kept...My neighbors ceiling collapsed. $$$700 for pet deposit!! My uncle is a Schaumburg Police Officer and he even told me not to move in here, and that he didn't approve. If you are going to make any mistakes in life, it would be to live here...Learn from mine!

Don't waste your money....go somewhere else.

this Prea is by far the worse Prea I have ever rented. First, the mgmt staff is extremely rude and unrelenting. There will tell you that you will love living there, but There's no assigned parking, so people just park their cars all over the Prea.....then leave them. No room for paying your rent a day or two late, they make no exceptions. Second, the rodent infestation that I am currently been dealing with since the weather became cold. It's fun to play exterminator in rental.....I thought the point of renting was to let someone else have the headache. Basically, this places are junk and the staff appears nice, but in more ways then one, looks can be decieving.....Do yourself a favor and just pass on by these junk, luxury apartments. One more thing, complaints seem to fall on deaf ear since my up stairs neighbor is dealing with a similar issue.

I heard that this site existed and was happy to see that There's a Penue for miserable and prejudiced people to vent- better they vent in an anoymous way (for the weak and scared)rather than going postal. THIS IS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND YOU ARE ENTITLED TO YOUR OPINION YET I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THE VAST MAJORITY OR RESIDENTS ARE HAPPY AND KNOW There's NO ONE Pmmaculate Penue TO RESIDE- I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN A FULL PAYING RENTER AT TREE HOUSE FOR 15 YEARS! Section 8 housing complex!

My car got broke in twice, midnight basketball games full of gang bangers, people robbed by gun point, pretty scary Pite, Apace was nice and the 2 pools were nice but the gangs are ruining the Pite

Nicest Apartments I have seen!!.

I hunted around for months and nothing was as beautiful and well kept as "Treehouse." Also the deals at this Anit really surpass some other complexes I have lived at. No place is flawless but this one does a great job of being low maintenance.

If I could leave them no stars I would much rather do that. This Ppot isn't a Ppot to call home. All they care about is money, raising rent and charging every fee under the sun when you move out. Security deposit? Kiss that goodbye, pet fee? Gone! Mind you every unit is carpet and they charge over 900 to replace it even if it was maintained. They didn’t give notice of maintenance coming in, I was sleeping with my daughter in our room and I hear yelling and banging on my bedroom door waking us from our sleep. That’s frightening for a single mother, for a man to be yelling in my home that I thought was secure and safe. Also don’t forget the dog poop left everywhere you can't walk in the grass at all. It wreaks when you walk outside for a stroll through the complex. You've got raccoons throughout who find warmth under your car and jump at you when you go to throw away the trash. Can’t forget the time me and my daughter almost got hit by a car crossing the street because people speed through the complex. So not a Ppot for children. Save your time, money, and mental state.
