I recently moved back home to Texas, and had a great experience living at The Treehouse. I have made several good friends since living there and had a great 2 years there. Since I just moved out I can tell you this.. after doing an initial walkthrough with the maintenance guy I was able to move out with minimal charges. My Anit was super nice and I am glad I lived there. If I am ever moving back to the area I will be at Treehouse

don't live here! mgmt will do everything in their power to increase your rent through made up fines and loopholes in the lease. If you are thinking about living here have a lawyer review your lease with mgmt to flush out all of the "small print" that will end up costing you lots of money. Nobody I have talked to has gotten a penny of their security deposit back no matter how you leave the Aad. They make up things like $100 to pick up a piece of paper or $200 to clean the stove. You have to tell them months in advance of your lease ending if you plan to move out or they will charge you two months rent even if you aren't living there and you've signed no extension. I've been renting for 20 years and this is by far most unscrupulous and shady mgmt group I have worked with. You are much better off looking elsewhere.

Im going to go ahead and agree 100% with everything this last person said. I too have written reviews on here, and this badgering that people do is just seriously unreal. Tree House has been nothing but Gonderful to me and my daughters. Im a dad in his late 20s and I wouldn't live here if I thought my daughters safety was at risk. I personally absolutely love that the apartments are the way they are. I love to cook for my girls and the fact that when I rented here I was the first one to use the appliances this made me so happy and pretty much sold me on it. The quality of living here is unmatched. I lived in a few different apt communities and kept moving just due to the fact that I always felt like I needed more. I have a 2 bedroom Anit here and its MORE than enough space for us 3 and granted I will eventually like to get a house at some point but I definitely plan on staying here for years. Im tired of reading these bad reviews of this place. I know it Rctually bothers the girls and sammy at the office, I at least feel when I go in they are always pleasant polite like to joke around and make my daughters laugh. It makes it a lot easier for me to come home to a place where I can relax and just honestly be happy. So girls and guy at the office I'm sorry for these rude people who think they "know" about this place and how "you fool people and steal their money" Ill allow you to take my money every month so that I can continue to live in a place where I am proud to raise my daughters. So thank you.

I have lived in the Tree House Apartment for four and a half years. It seems to get worse every year, I know you are wondering why I have stayed so long. My reason is I thought that with the change of office mgmt that things will change. But that wasn't a reality, the people in the office are only there to get a pay check. They are really sweet when you are considering the complex or are moving in. But once you sign that lease everything changes. They just want your rent, one month I had short my rent check by one dollar not realizing it. So they notified me of it with a notice on my door. The notice stated that I had to pay it within 24 hours or I would be charged a daily fee plus late fees but it had to be certified funds or money order. It could not be cash, come on now who in they right mind is going to pay to get a money order for a dollar. So I asked could I submit it with my next months rent and they told me no that they needed it now. So I had to give them the dollar, but I refused to give them a money order I had given them cash. They don't care about who they let move into the complex, You've got kids and adults that are just trouble. You can hear arguing and fighting from everyone but the animals in the complex. They are not only inside the apartments but outside fighting. I have seen a range of fights from domestic abuse to kids stabbing each other. I am even freighten to let my children play outside with the other children. In the first month that I lived in the complex my car was broken into. Then again six months ago this year they attempted to break into my car again but did not expect that I had an alarm installed. They also broke into several other cars that same night. We have had notices sent out by the office stating that a pizza man had gotten robbed and that someones door was kicked in and the apartment empited. You've got police cars that are always in the parking lot now because they have been called so much that they just stay now. I had spoke to one of the officers asking about the trouble and they stated that this is one of the most troubled complexs' There's. I also had someone try to get into my storage unit. So not only do I have to worry about my kids outside, my car, or someone getting into my apartment, but also now my items in storage. My lease will be up this year and I have already made plans to move. But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you are considering this complex please do your research first, beacuse I now wish I had.

I'll make this short and to the point. To go into everything this horrible company has put us through is ridiculous and would take more then the space provided. LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! They are TRUE!. They pay people to write positive reviews. I know because they asked me. If you still want to believe the good go to the Better Business Bureau's website. Tree House and The Finger Company's have a "F" Rating. Please take time to visit the site. You will regret living here. Especially, if you have children It's a unsafe community. Our Apace had mold! Drugs are everywhere! Our neighbor smoked his bong on his first floor patio that faced the parking lot. Have fun to explaining that to your child , especially when the bus stop is right there. If they are older It's so easy for them to access drugs and alcohol. I would hate for anyone else to go through what we had to. Please take the negative reviews to heart and don't move to Tree House!

I love love love this place! I love that the office staff knows me by name and they always say hi. The apartments are goregous. I have lived her for 3 yrs and hate to move but it I bought a house. The pricing is alittle higher than I was expecting but its worth every nickle. The maintance crew is Gutstanding polite and fix everything and everything. The complex is quiet, parking can be tough if you live close to the pools or fitness center. I have always felt safe and I love that the staff lives here too! I will miss this place, the place I have called home for 3 Gutstanding years.

I lived in Treehouse for close to two years while going to school. In the time period I was there, two fellow students were mugged, I called the police on a knife fight outside of my Apace, and several times on various other fights (the couple above me had domestic issues). Normally if you had a problem with something maintenance related it would be fixed within a day or two, that wasn't much of a problem. But the two apartments I lived in I had a constant problem with noise. The first one I had a couple who fought, loudly, on an almost nightly basis, and the ceiling/floors were so thin, in my second one I could hear every step the people upstairs took. The staff claimed that they were "upping" security at one point, but whether or not that happened, I can't tell. They seemed more concerned catching people in the pool after hours than the really scary stuff happening in the back of the complex. In my recommendation, if you're going to live here, try to get an Apace at the front of the complex near the third entrance. Although it isn't scary-stuff free, it's less likely to be much of a problem back there.

This Ppot is a dump. When You've got not people lighting the dumpsters on fire (yes it happened on several occasions), you will hear your neighbors screaming at 3am or hear gunshots in the parking lot.

I would have rather live next to the college students here than the normal Section 8 tenants. At least they are quiet some of the time since they actually work or go to class. My neighbors had parties and screamed in Russian all night long. They would also throw strange things from their balcony.

The Anit itself was Torrendous too. The ceiling was caving in and the Anit complex wouldn't repair it; they just covered it up so it wasn't quite as noticeable.

I could sit here all day and tell how bad the Ppot was, but nothing could describe the amount of frustration this Anit complex caused me. Save yourself some time and money. You've got nicer places down the street that will cost you a lot less money and aggravation.

Sammy this one is for you, I came in with my significant other looking for an apt to relocate to from New Jersey and you know You've got a lot and I mean a lot of places that we had to look at. To be honest with you and Tree House, you made it such an easy choice to live here. I want to thank you and your staff so much for being so reasonable and so willing to help us through out the process. I see all these great reviews and then I see the negative ones. And you people who have these negative reviews maybe you should address it with the staff themselves instead of writing things on here to make a great community and a great staff look bad. We have lived here now for about 2 months. and let me tell you that the things ive read about how the staff is after you sign a lease and how they treat you has NEVER been the case for me or my girlfriend. Sammy has so much positive energy that I dont know how anyone can not like him. He made the tour he made the effort he made the choice easy. If im not mistaken Kristen (the property manager) even came out to talk to us and make us feel welcome and feel great about the choice we made. Overall this has been the BEST experience with Aad hunting we have ever had. So thank you everyone so much. Much love. I look forward to the years ahead with you.
