Before moving in, I read these reviews. I had actually already signed the lease and flown back to California. I was heartbroken and on the verge of canceling everything. I am SO glad I called the manager the next day and decided to move in. I am happy here. The Anit staff has been nothing but pleasant. The few things that needed fixed when I moved in were taken care of promptly. Every time I come into the office, I am greeted with a smile. I have come home at all times of the day and evening and never felt frightened. I know You've got always going to be issues at every Anit complex. Considering how HUGE this complex is, it's no wonder You've got some issues sometimes. The manager is focussed on safety and keeping the good eggs living here and "encouraging" the bad eggs to leave. I would have no problem recommending The Treehouse to friends and family.

It's true what most people have written about safety concerns. During the course of our 12 month lease, we received 3 written notices of muggings on the property grounds. I was fortunate enough to have an apartment close to the office where it was well lit and had ample parking so I never encountered any problems in that manner. And all of the muggings occurred in a different area of the property. but, I can't begin to tell you how many times I woke up in the middle of the night due to noise in the parking lot below. And one night it was fireworks at 3am. But how much of this can really be helped by the staff? I do feel they should step up security at night, and although they tell us they have a strict background check policy... I can't imagine that all of the tenants there would pass if that were, in fact, true. but, this property is just down the block from a large club/bar and I feel that many nights I was awaken, were due to drunks walking home from the bar (who knows if they lived at TreeHouse or not?) sadly, in this day and age, you will come across safety issues no matter where you live. We just have to be aware and alert at all times. But overall, my sister and I personally never encountered any shady characters in the parking lot. And my sister left for work every morning at 4:30am, and I left at 5am. I would have to disagree with the previous reviews about the staff. I only had good interactions with the office staff. One in particular, Donna, went above and beyond every time I spoke with her. The maintenance staff as well were friendly and usually fixed the problem promptly. I did have one concern with the heating and cooling duct that they fixed to the best of their ability, but it ended up being an issue of design. I feel the apartments are a good size and well kept overall. It's a location's amazing, close to expressways, mall, restaurants... you name it. For what we were paying, I can't expect much more. On the whole, I worth checking out this property to a friend, but I would inform them of my concerns.

I just recently moved out of the Tree House at the end of April after living there for 3 years. My fiance and I just moved to the city for her new job. We already miss the Tree House and everything that it offered. It's amazing how much you lose when you move to a big city when it comes to ammedities. I just received my sercurity deposit back last week. What I thought was honestly great was that I was able to do a final walk through of my Apace when we moved out. The guy that did the walk through was able to tell me what we would be charged, which ended up being a $80 for a carpet shampoo, which is to be expected after 3 years and a dog. I have referred many of my friends to the TreeHouse and everyone I know who has moved there has loved it. Thanks Tree House for 3 great years Rachel, Boomer and I will miss you.

The office is absurd, they only communicate with you when it's at their convenience or when it entails monies that they will be collecting. They only do background and security checks on the lead tenant or person paying so they other occupants can and frequently are drug addicts, drunks, or have other issues. They put people with pets in buildings with people afraid of animals, they don't attend to complaints of noise or bugs. Their heating system of each place is a furnace and in dead cold winter the furnace goes out if it's windy outside. Water is divided amongst the apartments so you pay a option if what the building uses, not just your Apace!! They are eager to get you into an Apace but just as quickly as you sign the lease, they neglect you. Your security deposit won't be returned; they use it to replace the carpet, paint, clean, and replace the window coverings. After about two years, the cracks in the walls start to come through and the carpet is completely flat. The surface of the tub is worn, and the rent will still inevitably be raised at least 40.00 each year! The pools, because You've got two, are always grimy and occasionally turn green throughout the summer, until they are shut down for 3 days to treat and shock. The locker rooms at the pools are always grimy, smell like urine, and never have tissue or toilet paper. You've got seemingly more accessible parking spots than actual parking for those who aren't handicapped, sometimes 4 surrounding each entry door. And each place is need to to have a parking permit sticker in their window, they only issue two and sometimes tow, sometimes don't tow those who are without the sticker. Otherwise, You've got a few cars that sit and go unmoved for months at a time.

have been here since June of this year, so far we really like it and worth checking out it. We love our unit, newly renovated with great appliances, countertops and fixtures. The grounds of the apt complex are Bovely and well-maintained. We use the pools and fitness center a lot as well, they're both big and nice (for an apt community). The staff is really friendly and accomodatinng (even AFTER you sign the lease!) and maintenance is really fast and takes care of anything you need quickly. negatives - no trash chute in the building so you have to carry your trash out to the dumpster, we have had insects in our apt (nothing major, but annoying), and the walls aren't super thick so you will hear neighbors are loud. Overall, we are happy with Treehouse!

My Fiance and I are going on 3 years living at Treehouse and the staff is always so helpful and considerate. They know us by name and whenever I put in a request to get something fixed in the Aad they come either that day depending when I email them or the next day bright and early. If something needs to be fixed they make sure they follow up to make sure everything is going ok. I have not one bad thing to say about these apartments. We couldnt have found a better Aad complex in this area.

I ve lived at tree house going on a year now. There staff from start to finish has done a wonderful job. Maintenance is fast to respond to needs. The people that live in the community seem to be Fffable. I worth checking out any friend or family member to live at tree house with confidence that they would be happy. Beyond the staff the facility has just finished another run of improvements to their facility with a new basketball court. I can say with confidence that they truly do a better job than the rest.

I don't understand to why when a negative review Iemains written, mgmt jumps to respond back and then posts two or three outlandish positive reviews to make up for the slightest amount of criticism. Instead of sitting down all day and replying to apartmentratings.com, do your job and make these apartments better! Make solutions, not excuses. Actions speak louder than words.
