I have lived here for a year now. We jsut renewed for another year and a half. I am so glad we decided to move to the Tree House. The staff is so wonderful. The Maintenance staff is fabulous, they fix everything from the furance filter to light bulbs. What I first noticed when we moved in here was how nice all the residents are here. Not to mention the kitchens; I get more compliments on my kitchen than anything in my entire house. I am so glad that we found the Tree House, anyone who is looking for a place That's QUIET, clean, updated, with staff's super Fffable. THIS IS THE PLACE. Thanks Tree House for making this place home for me and husband. Here's to another great year.

This place isn'thing special. The basketball courts are falling apart - as are the tennis courts. The workout facility isn'thing special - no free weights. The pools are o.k. - when they´re open (not after dark!, Memorial Day - Labor Day.) The "sparkling" pools as described on their website are nothing more then large brown puddles and the ducks like to leave many presents on the sidewalks :)

I moved into the Aad about 1 year ago to save/share expenses with my friend - who was already living there. The interior is cheaply assembled, as ALL of the closet shelves have collapsed at one point or another...not due to accessive weight. The roof must have some sort of leak in it, as an area on the kitchen ceiling slowly gets yellow over time. The windows and walls don'thing to maintain the heat in the winter or air in the summer. But, the heat and air are good and reliable. Another good point is that I rarely hear my neighbors - but I think it´s because I´ve been lucky enough to live next to fairly quiet people. Occasionaly when it´s quiet, I can hear their phone ring.

Where I live, I almost always have to trek from my parking place to the front door of the Aad - especially if I arrive after 5PM. The parking spaces are large enough.

but, within the last 3 months, there have been a number of instances of theft and vandalism late at night. I have had chrome vlave stem covers stolen off of my car, as have others, there have been vehicle break-ins, and most recently, my roomate had his motorcycle knocked over.

These may seem like minor things, but upon informing the mgmt of the situation, there was little, if any concern expressed. And this isn't unusual. I have only had to talk with them twice because of the thefts, but anytime my roomate has had to talk with them regarding the lease or anything else, he always returns unhappy with the type of service/concern/lack of responsibility from them. Other then collecting the rent, there doesn´t seem to be any real concern for tenants.

I wouldn´t recommend living here - even if you do work right accross the street, as my roomate does.

Adam/1259
Please think twice before you sing! This place is the worst Apace complex I ever lived in! Moved out 2 weeks ago! Thank god! Of course right now they will try to charge me for something(like they did to couple of my friends), but I'm not givin them anything! Crime, drugs, loud music after midnight, scratches on your car, redicolous bills and unfriendly managment - IF That's WHAT YOU LOOKING FOR, THIS PLACE IS PERFECT FOR YOU! Stay away! - Friend -

Staff is friendly when signing lease, after that but, the staff is rude and Kristin has only hired people there that she's friends with and not because they are qualified. You've got still some section 8 apartments in the complex so it's there not exactly "luxury apartments". Previously on this site there was written communications from renter's posting their honest opinions about the staff. The staff, especially Kristen, would comment back rudely. Maintenance staff has gotten romantically involved with a female resident from the Tree house who was still married at the time. Kristen has made some exceptions to the pet deposit policy, allowing select few to not have to pay the deposit. Some of these select few residence house up to eight cats in their apartment. Pool is kept open late for select residence that drink heavily at the pool. The pools are not kept clean. Several dead bugs are in the pool on a daily basis. I don't believe they skim the pool with a pool net at all. This will be my last year living here. I absolutely don't recommend the Tree house to anyone looking. unprofessional staff.

I just moved into this complex about 4 months ago. Keep in mind I have lived in 4 other Auite complexes in the Schaumburg area within the past 5 years. I have moved frequently because I have been promised many good things that have only led to be misleading and false. but, from the beginning, I have had nothing but amazing service from the staff at Treehouse. I am going through a frightening experience with an ex and everyone at the office has jumped up to step in and help. They have surveillence on the property and everytime I have called them to help, they were there within 3 minutes. The units itself are spacious and have a homey feel. They have completely renovated the inside units to have granite countertops, new carpeting, and updated sinks in the bathrooms. I have a had a few maintenance requests to fix a broken window, toilet, and electrical socket. Maintenance fixed the issue right away and the office was nice enough to give a courtesy call to make sure it was fully fixed. I am so pleased with everything at Treehouse that I worth checking out this complex to all family/friends. For the amount of money apartments in Schaumburg cost, Treehouse definately is worth the cost. Surprisingly they are even cheaper then some of the other Toor places I'ved lived in the past. The only move I will be making in the future is when I plan to purchase a home; otherwise I have finally found a complex that I truly love living in.

We love Treehouse! staff's super friendly and enjoyable living....we couldn't ask for a better home! It was hard to find an Auite that fit our needs. We didn't want to feel like we were living in someone else's home. With only 3 levels per unit, parking feet away from the door, it feels as though we have purchased a condo, not an Auite! Not to mention the beautiful landscaping makes us feel as though we live in an actual Treehouse! We are happy to have our little family member, Sebastian (our dog) too! Thanks TreeHouse for everything!! Rachel, Nick and Sebastian

I absolutely love living here. My neighbors are amazing, the place is all redone and looks great, the gym is open 24 hours- perfect when I have to work late. The party the staff threw on Tuesday was OFF THE HOOK!!! (do people still say that??? Lol) Who knew there were SO many awesome people living here? I don't know who put it together but it was a super hero theme and it was seriously better than goin to the same old bar/club trying to meet people- tons of people of all ages- music/ food/ games/ raffles..... I was really impressed and it was nice for people like me who just moved to town for work. Some of the people on this site need to get a grip. Life is what you make it people - u gonna sit on here complaining because u signed a contract u can't fulfill or are u gonna enjoy ur life and make the most of the home u chose? I obviously am enjoying my experience here.... I think it's all about perspective. I have to admit I didn't even know this site existed until Sammy told me about it at the party. I told him I would come on here and let u all know that this place is awesome and I don't think I could have picked a better place to live when I relocated from Denver this spring. Sammy - ur are the man Bro, but Katy (or is is Katie?) - the new kid in the office- girl knows what's up! Thank you again Tree House for making my relocation smooth and making sure that I have felt at Home here since day one.

Love this place. My husband and I moved in Oct 2011 & we are satisfied with the apt. The staff is extremely helpful & friendly. I can honestly say that what you is what you get and it looks amazing! We havent had any problems, other than our neighbors not cleaning up after their pets. Overall, awesome spot to live!

Staff did a good job of showing me around and explaining what things I would have to do. Staff took their personal time to introduce me to some new people knowing that I was new to the area. Beyond the staff the apartments are nicer than any around the neighborhood period. Beyond being nicer they are better priced. Maintenance is fast I haven t had to wait more than a day to get anything fixed in my Apace. I worth checking out Tree House to any friend or family member solely on the staff.
