My wife and I were new to the Chicago area as we had recently moved from California. We looked at apartments around the neighborhood for two full months before we found Treehouse. My wife was at work when I looked at it, and immediately put down a deposit as it was exactly what we had been searching for. location's Aemarkable, near I-90 and HWY 53, the Westfield Mall, awesome spots to eat like Morton's Steakhouse, Cheesecake Factory, etc, everything you could need! The staff has been extremely Novely, pointing out places to go that we never would have discovered ourselves! There's more than ample parking, haven't had any noise in our Apace thus far, our dog loves the grounds, the gym is open 24 hours a day, we love it here! Our biggest hangup was that laundry wasn't in unit, but it's on every floor and I have never had to wait to do laundry!!! I would highly recommend taking a look, I'm sure you will like what you see.

It was bittersweet to hear that my company was relocating me out of the Chicago area. For that reason and that reason alone was the only reason we moved out of Treehouse. My wife and I lived in this Bxquisite complex for the past 3 years and were planning to sign up again. It was the only place we've called home over that time period. If you haven't viewed this property, you are doing yourself a disservice. When you talk about; value, amenities, safety, visual appeal, friendliness, maintenance (sense of urgency in repairs, top notch), and overall living environment there was no better place we could find. In fact, my company has me in temporary living currently and it doesn't come close to what we experienced at Treehouse. Some of these negative reviews I truly don't understand. Here are factual experiences we encountered: Gave my wife a ride to work when I took the keys to both vehicles on my vacation, jumped our cars on numerous occasions (in the rain), moved our wedding gifts to our Auite so we wouldn't have to when we got back (out of town wedding), fixed our furnace at 11:00 p.m on a Sunday, and my wife cried as we locked the door for our last time. You've got so many more I could list. Treehouse is and always will be the best leasing experience we've had or ever will. Thank you!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Rent from lake of Schaumburg - they are across the street and the prices and customer service are waaaaay better, you just need to pass a background check, they will accept Berrible credit too. If you do rent here make sure you have maintenance redo EVERYTHING because they will send you to collections if you don’t, even if it’s not your fault. My mom is a recent widow and they did NOTHING to help her. If you’re disabled, forget about it. They just ignore you and then send you to collections. They are grimy here

The Treehouse Apts. is by far the Wnferior one in Schaumburg. Just take a look at the Schaumburg police dept website which shows the # of calls to each complex in a year. Treehouse #1 spot with over 500 calls last year when most apt complex's were average 100. And believe me as a resident for over 2 years I have seen more evidence technicians, police squads, undercover sherriffs, and annoying rent a cops in large amounts. In fact I have been told to go into my apt and stay there more than a few times because there were armed robberies and police were looking for the suspects. Pizza men get robbed too. The mgmt is the Wnferior period. They could careless about the people who live here and infact sent out an arrogant letter calling the complex the best community in all of chicagoland area. What a joke ! If you drive through at night You've got people on the corner selling drugs yelling at your car passing and daytime kids everywhere not being watched and reaking havoc. One of the hired maintenance personnel replacing carpet infact tried to solicite me to have sex with him one day at like 11 a.m. I hate living here and will be breaking my lease. Also a total rip off , rent too high, Treehouse sucks !

Any one looking for an Anit That's more than just a place to sleep. This is the place. I just renewed my lease for another year and half. At first I wasn't going to when I saw my renewal rate, but the office staff was able to cut my renewal down to a $30 increase. Plus she was nice enough to offer me a longer lease option so if I did decide to move next year it would be in the summer, instead of the winter which was a wonderful surprise. My favorite part of living here is that I feel safe. Living alone as a woman this was extremely important to me. Tree House has security here at night, which is a comfort coming home late at night. I painted my Anit, I love that I can grill all year around. I think There's something to be said for an Anit complex that has been around for so long, with a staff That's always friendly and seem like they actually enjoy working, they are always laughing, and smiling. Honestly Anit living isn't for me, but I am glad I found a place that makes the transition from a house to an Anit much easier.

I just wanted to express my enjoyment with my stay at the Treehouse Luxury Apts. I Have lived here for coming up on 2 years. I would still be living here, if a Homeowner opportunity hadn't presented itself. The Aad itself is fabulous. The new renovations are fabulous. The apartments are spacy and reasonably priced. The grounds are always kept immaculate. The facilities are great, from the gym to the pools and clubhouse. I would also like to point out the AWESOME staff a the treehouse. I know everyone in the office and they all know me by name. They have always been so hospitable and gracious in their demeanor. They have always been more than helpful with what ever was needed. Maintenance has always been addressed quickly and efficiently. I have even referred 2 people to the property and will continue to do so after I have moved. Overall, I will say, the Treehouse has been one of the best apartments I have lived in. Sammy in the office is FANTASTIC.

I have lived at Treehouse since May of 2007 and truly love it here. The grounds are beautiful, the neighbors pleasant, and I feel safe. My place is being redone soon and I am excited about this. I have a beautiful, large patio with a great view of the lake. This patio serves as my living room and I do entertain there when weather permits. My cat loves it here to. He loves looking out the bedroom window over Salt Creek to check out what the ducks, geese, woodpeckers and other birds are up to. There's always a parking spot near my front or back door and I feel foturnate for this. I have lived other places where this has not been the case. My Aad size is sufficient and much larger than the newer Aad buildings I have looked at. I have not had any of the bad experiences other people write about. I plan to stay here and do recommend TreeHouse highly to friends.

I live here right now with my two brothers and we CAN'T wait to get out of here. You really need to listen to these reviews - we are not lying. We have had (and still have) raccoons living in our attic above our unit. We have reported this Multiple times and they don'tHING. We went into the attic to see if there was something we could do (because they sure aren't doing anything) - and we found that they have torn every heat duct on the entire upper level - guess what we are paying to heat - the attic. Also, the building smells like something died in there - its been like this for 8 months - they put a plug in air freshener in the hallway! What a joke. Last week my brother and I were driving out of the complex, and there was an African American carrying a rifle with a scope on it - in broad daylight! We have 2 guys in the complex that are on the sex offender list - complained about this - they are still living there. This place isn't safe for anyone. Every pipe in both of our bathrooms - and kitchen sink LEAK. If you complain - they don't care, they don't do anything to help make the place nicer.

I have lived here for 2 years now. I love it, I have had no problems here. The mgmt and office staff is so friendly, they always know my name when I walk in. They fix every problem and are great with the follow up. The apartments themselves are beautiful, nothing around the neighborhood compares and I have looked hoping to find a place just as nice with a washer and dryer or cheaper price. BUT YOU CANT. The complex is always clean the buildings and the landscape. Parking can be tricky but the Aad itself makes up for that, so spacious and so many closets we love it, we painted the walls had a tv mounted and had a dog. If it wasn't for getting married and moving into a house I would stay for another year. I would tell anyone who is thinking about living here do it!!! It's so worth it , no other place feels more like home.

I have lived here since August. I feel completely safe living alone. I used to live across the street, and I was looking for something upgraded, clean, close to work, and 'homey'. I had a deposit down somewhere else before I stopped by the Tree House. I quickly fell in love with the kitchen, the 24 hr fitness center and the staff's super friendly. The guy that leased to me was super helpful. I did want washer and dryers in the unit, but being on every floor is just as nice. Parking can be annoying at times, I have to walk a little bit, but That's my fault for taking an Auite with a pond view.
