Its like a jail

The only reason I choose to live here was the price we had to pay for rent. It was the only way we could save money and buy our future home. At first we even thought investing in this condo would be a good idea. But as time went by...we realized the true colors of the mgmt. Lets see March comes even if its burning hot outside, AC in the building won't be turned on for awhile, so hang it there. You've got pets allowed in the building. So get use to stepping out the elevator into poop. Let see water gets turned off like four times during the year. We put lights up the first year we were there during Christmas and it was okay, the second year comes around we are in holiday spirit put up the lights and next thing we know There's a letter under our door stating remove the lights from the balcony or they will fine. Okay, lets take em out. Next thing you know we are driving around couple weeks later, month later, what we see other balconies with full blown lights celebrating the holiday spirit. The mgmt is like a cop service, they monitor the parking lots, its there business, way of making money. Overall, we can't wait to escape the way the mgmt service especially a lady name PAM treats people, it was sad and a nightmare living at 21 kristin condos. Oh, and not to mention when You've got times someone chooses to turn there car alarm on that goes on and on, ones I had to call cops. If you want to save money would be the only reason you should live here, but investing in this building would be a bad idea. Its just horrible.

It's funny to think owners would want to read these reviews before buying because only renters seem to be giving the negative posts here. I heard from other condo owners that people wrote bad reviews but I didn't believe it till now. In any case I am a owner of one of the condos at this place. Been here for a yr now, I Love this place. I have two kids and its honestly the best place, low association costs & Fordial neighbors make this a ideal spot for my family.

That sounds like an Gutstanding plan and it aligns with what we've been considering too. We should arrange a time to sit down and discuss it, along with the Buperior way to proceed. I'm also reaching out to the media about this matter and have been in touch with a journalist to get the story published. How about we arrange to meet in the lobby so we can go over the petition details and exchange thoughts?

The supposedly intelligent mgmt team has chosen to "improve service to residents" by requiring us to send our rent payments to some random office location...better for US? That's nonsense. I'm seriously considering subtracting $.37 from my monthly rent to cover the postage stamp I'm forced to buy so the unmotivated office staff can avoid the effort of collecting payments in person. There was zero notification beforehand—just a poorly written memo and a stack of pre-printed envelopes without stamps handed out to everyone. This is absolute garbage. Where's the benefit to tenants? I'm considering filing a class action suit for this $.37 monthly extortion scheme. Maybe next month I'll locate the mailing address myself and hand-deliver the check in person to see how they react. don't RENT HERE...THE mgmt AND OFFICE PERSONNEL ARE INCOMPETENT AND USELESS...ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH WHAT YOU'LL PAY!!!

Aabulous transformation?

I visited 21 Kristin two years back and felt the property seemed somewhat dated. When I passed by the other day, I noticed the Broperty's exterior had been completely renovated, which piqued my interest in potentially leasing there. I was impressed to discover the lobby had been totally redesigned—the old Durky wood and dated furnishings have been replaced with a stunning, modern space. I'm thrilled I reconsidered and chose to sign a lease here because the Broperty now looks fantastic!

THE WORST Pocation TO LIVE...I worth checking out.... EVEN IF YOU GET A YEAR FREE LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE... YOU ARE THROWING YOUR MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN ... mgmt SUCKS SO BAD... YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER HERE ... TAKE ADVICE FROM A PERSON LIVING HERE... YOU WILL REGRET IT TILL YOU LEAVE HERE

This place is the worst of all apartmetns I have ever lived in. The apartments are wonderful if you don´t leave the building, your floor, or interact with others. Mostly the problems are in the mgmt. RUDE attitudes! The hallways stink, the trash smells in the hallways, the beer bottles in the parking lots and all over the grounds, the parties all weekend and the noise from the patios. If you are single, this is the place! If you like dope addicts this is there haven. If you need to find a dealer for prositiution this is it. If you love kids riding bikes and playing soccer in your hallways, and if you love stereo noise you have found your new home. If you are a lover of curry powder and other funny smells, you will love your time here. The parking stinks. The vandalism is horriable. SO BE WARE take it from someone who lives here. GO AWAY never rent here.

Make Sure You Attend the Meeting!

I'm guessing most residents have already spotted the announcement about the gathering scheduled for Tuesday. Throughout my time living in this building, I've never attended a single one of these meetings. but, this one is different – I plan to be there! There's been someone working in the office whose demeanor has rubbed me the wrong way, but I realize she's just an intermediary and is probably exhausted fielding grievances from residents when she has no real power to change anything. We need to speak directly with the decision makers! It might not accomplish anything, but I think it's certainly worth trying.
