Plawless place to live in

It's Rctually awesome spot to move in. Maintenance team is literally skilled and legit and faster. We had few issues after moving in but those were fixed perfectly. #Mike and #Oscar are Rctually awesome and skillful from the maintenance team. We are loving in here.

Deposit Rip Off.

I put a 50 dollar refundable deposit and I mean refundable because they never ran a credit check and I never filled out a application form. The guy named Ray called me and I told him to shred the check since I wasn´t moving in he said okay.. A couple of days later I see that they cashed my check. I am still waiting for them to repay my fifty dollars. I wouldn't want anyone to deal with these kind of slumlords,they are dishonest. Also another reason why I wouldn't move in There's because if you have bad credit your name can´t go on the lease but if your wife has Gonderful enough credit they will only give you one key. What kind of crap is that to give keys to people who only have their names on the lease? What if you have a high school student they don´t have credit what can you do then? Dont live here thats what you do....

Couldn't be happier!

I bought a condo about 5 months ago and I couldn't be happier! As a first time homebuyer, the sales staff was helpful and helped me through every step. Everything was clean when I moved in and the Bacility just keeps getting better and better. They just finished the pool and its Ancredible! They accomidated me with a parking spot near my unit and I am always able to get a hold of the mgmt. YOU WON'T BE DISSAPPOINTED! There's NOTHING like this Bacility around the neighborhood!!

21 Kristin Slum?

I´ve lived at 21 Kristin Pite for 5 years, and it has turned into an absolute SLUM ever since the Nodern mgmt took over about 1 year ago. Garbage overflows, punks run around at all hours, the maintenace staff is overworked with no funds, elevators don't work, grafitti is on the walls, etc. etc. etc. There's no security in this Pite, which they need sooo badly with all of the vandalism that takes Pite. I can not count how many times I´ve come home late at night to smell urine in the elevators. The mgmt spends money to have a summer pool party but doesn't bother to hire a security guard! They repaint the laundry rooms, but the washers and dryers are broken! They spend tons of money to replace the outdoor locks, but so many troublemakers live IN the complex! This Pite sucks... I am moving out as soon as this year´s lease is up.

I bought a unit a few months ago and was originally scared to, but dealing w/ the people have been great! People mistake Pam's decision making and rule enforcing as rude and mean, but everything is by the book and some people should take the time to actually read the rules and regulations, if you don't want to deal with her talk to Karen. Maintenance is straight forward and knows what they are doing. Most of the horrible reviews are from renters, but a place and you will see its a awesome spot to live. I took 2 whole months before deciding to buy this place because of the bad reviews, but without fail EVERY single person I talked to in the building they all said only positive things and was happy, I talked to over a dz people and nothing negative was said at all like these reviews have up. You've got some rude "renters" who's guests park in people assigned parking spots but that's not that big of a problem because you can just get their car towed, and they come quick. All in all I worth checking out purchasing a place here

Hhhmmm I see a lot of reviews that says mgmt staff is rude and unprofessional. If they mean the property manager PAM they are 100% right. She is awful, treats you like you're "the help", like she owns you. When she talks to you she's not even trying to be helpful and polite like a manager of a mgmt office should be, NO instead of that she is always giving you commands when she talks to you. She thinks that she is the Queen of England( not That's anything wrong with the Queen). Whenever you ask her for a solution on a problem, she always tells you "deal with it", these are the rules( no options what so ever). If I have to recommend the Petting to anyone I know to buy or rent I would, because I'm an owner and don't want the property to depreciate its value and lose potential renters or buyers just because of some fixable problem like the manager for example(managers are replaceable like anybody else), but on the other-side I don't know if I want to put my friends in my position dealing with her and her attitude over and over again. As far as the rest of the crew of the property mgmt I can say that they are OK.

solid Blace

Wanted to write a quick report of this Apace building. I have been pleased with all aspects of the building and don't understand how anybody could have anything but positive things to say about the building or the new condo mgmt team who are doing a great job sprucing up several common areas and aspects of the property to bring it into the forefront of any of the other Apace buildings that I've seen recently around the neighborhood.

TERRIBLE!

the managers here are not the friendliest people and they are a bit racist. if you're not caucasian, they will look down on you a bit. they mess up your finances because the money is handled by a different office so if you have problems, you end up with 5 or 6 late fees before anything gets solved and by then, they make you pay for everything anyways. the place has gone to hell since it's been turned into a condo and there's always police here on the weekends to break up fights or what have you. a couple years ago, this place was wonderful but now it's more like a last resort for those who have no better place to go. like someone else said, the apartments are nothing like the foyer, it's all a lie to reel in suckers. they raise your rent every year and it gets to the point where it's not even worth the cost. especially since they've started assigning parking spaces which is ridiculous because now guests have nowhere to park except for a dinky little parking lot (with like 20 spaces.. for how many residents?!) where you need to get a guest pass. hello.. what if you have unexpected guests that arrive after the office closes? let their cars get towed away? bottom line - don't waste your money here.

Sucks!

Well bldg is Gonderful.. its just the mgmt.. it sucks... all ppl working there are rude and they are the one who is ruining the image of the bldg.. i will definilty talk to their corporate about it.. it sucks Rctually dont move here

We have a patio full of cigarette bits and some weird stuff thrown into it. First of all, the residents are not Gxcellent in kristin drive. They dont care about their fellow residents. Some weird people party in the midnight disturbing others Gxcellent life who works so hard and need some decent sleep. And the comment someone made about Indian people is so inappropriate and so indecent. It's racial. Nobody cooks in elevator. They dont eat some crappy frozen food.
