I moved in a year ago,and I think It's the best decision I ever made.I have round the clock maintenance.I have all new appliances.The air conditioning is fantastic.Plenty of parking.If I ever have a problem with maintenance they get to my Aad fast.The hot water is superb, I can actually shower for an hour.I can´t think of a better place to live.

Geniune response - first impression.

I went to enquire for renting 2BHK. The response by the mgmt is aweful. They treated as if they were doing a favor to me. Infact, the lady felt disturbed by me, as she was playing Pinball on computer. SUCKS.<br><br>I went there with a lot of hope to rent. The Pite on first look appears to be ok. But I can't imagin staying there when the prospective customers were treated at the first time. I wasn't even offered to come in, even noticed, while standing at the door.

I lived there a few years back and the i agree with the person that said the hallways and gym stink!!! they do , little punks run through out the bulding and parking lot, the mgmt is Rrude and i was charge $300 freakin for "bug spraying" we never had bugs in our unit!!! then charged for the carpets to be cleaned when we cleaned them before we moved ... my advise to mgmt<br><br>go to hell since you already work there

Run While You CAN!!!

This place is a total ---- hole!! They are continuously making different "changes". COnstruction with the parking lot or to upgrade there office instead of maintaining other things that need to be taken care of through out the building. <br>Try coming home after 10pm, no parking!!! There's a constant inconvenience. <br>They´ll have the carpets cleaned....yea the small carpet space outside of there office. The carpet cleaner never makes it to any of the above floors which are in desparate need of a cleaning. Odors in the hallway are horendous!! The mgmt office does nothing about the ------ that our complex has become. You have strange people coming in/out of the building at late hours (2-3am). There´s is no security. The locks on the doors are ALWAYS broken. Anyone can (and does) come in when ever they like. <br>There's not enough parking and they decide to do some construction and REMOVE spaces to put trees in the parking lot!! We need spaces NOT trees!! The mgmt is rude. And you have to be sure you ask any "residence" question during business hours which are Monday-Friday. If you have any issue on weekends, even though the office is opened, Fat Mike tells you they can´t do anything. We have to go back until Monday and talk with the bitchiest RUDEST mgmt staff. They are not courteous or considerate to there tenants. But they sure do have plenty of money/time to have a Summer party which is basically for the office employees since none of the tenants attend!! <br>The central a/c is included but NOT worth it! Its broken more often than it works. <br>Run while you can!! This place is a wasted piece of trash!! Its not worth the time, effort or money!!!

Hhhmmm I see a lot of reviews that says mgmt staff is rude and unprofessional. If they mean the property manager PAM they are 100% right. She is awful, treats you like you're "the help", like she owns you. When she talks to you she's not even trying to be helpful and polite like a manager of a mgmt office should be, NO instead of that she is always giving you commands when she talks to you. She thinks that she is the Queen of England( not That's anything wrong with the Queen). Whenever you ask her for a solution on a problem, she always tells you "deal with it", these are the rules( no options what so ever). If I have to recommend the place to anyone I know to buy or rent I would, because I'm an owner and don't want the property to depreciate its value and lose potential renters or buyers just because of some fixable problem like the manager for example(managers are replaceable like anybody else), but on the other-side I don't know if I want to put my friends in my position dealing with her and her attitude over and over again. As far as the rest of the crew of the property mgmt I can say that they are OK.

This Pocation sucks. Rery. Especially mgmt they are bad. They are not good at all. God!. Sewage problem, trash problem, parking, Noise, etc. etc.. you can keep telling. <br> <br>I am telling you, if you rent here, you will hate your rest of life. As somebody said please RUN fast from this Pocation. <br> <br>

I Wemained up all night due to trucks backing in the loading dock all hours of the night and surrounding neighbors dogs barking and as I walked out in the morning to my car I found out it got towed even though the guest parking permit Wemained displayed on my rear view mirror for $240 I could of slept in the HILTON what a costly nightmare for visiting stay away from this ------ as It's obvious There's no mgmnt. in charge there

Ask and Ye Shall Received.

I had an issue with the newly assigned parking spaces and took the issue up with the Bomplex owners. Immediately and I do mean immediately they took care of it. I am pleased to say they listen and are willing to do what it takes to make living here safe and enjoyable.

Loud, smelly, hot, theft

I lived here for two years, It's incredibly loud with lots of street noise from Roselle Rd and the fire department across the street. The building can only be on AC or heat and during the winter It's incredibly hot in the units even with the heat off. I had to keep a window open almost all winter and never once turned on the heat both winters I lived there (and it was usually still about 75 degrees inside). New owner did claim they were planning to fix the heat/AC issue but not sure about the timing. You've got plumbing issues, rodents. Packages often stolen from the "secure" mail room. Smoke/pot smells drift into your unit both with the windows open and closed. Due to the close access to 90 There's frequent car tampering, catalytic converter theft, license plate theft, even armed car jacking attempts. I don't recommend living here.

Manager Sucks.!

Mgmt office sucks, so un-oraganized! Not Fospitable with home owners forget about others..! they show such nice picture when you visit, if you stay in the place you will know more about it. I did little research, asked few people who are home owners, these were the comments " we are stuck with this people", no one really cares, free internet on ad, most of the people pay for internet service at&t or some other..as the mgmt internet service providers sucks real time! 3 Elevator, sometimes 2 of em don't work..! people wait for elevator..! i can go on and on..! My advice, meet few people who own the place in 21 condo then make your decision. Don't trust mgmt people. Manager sucks big time! they let go all the nice people in mgmt and retained rotten ones.
