Trust me... IT SUCKS HERE!!?

Trust me, i have lived here for a month now and this is he worst experience of my life... It's unprofessional, and There'sn'thing but problems... from parking, to holes in the cieling that dont get repaired, drilling and noise early in the morning from STAFF. oh yeah i forgot... within the 1st week we got a noise complaint at 2 in the afternoon on a friday. ON TOP OF THAT THEIR STAFF BROKE INTO OUR Auite TO NOTIFY US OF THAT COMPLAINT!!!

I can´t emphasize that enough! The mangement here doesn´t know the first thing about Apace living. They really know how to make you hate where you live. I am really sorry I sign a year contract. Don´t get me wrong they are nice apartments just the people who own the place are really moronic. So If you don´t want to deal with morons the whole time you live......don´t move here!!!! <br>Oh the office says they are open 8:30 to 5:30pm.....ha ha ha. They don´t help anyone after 4:45pm. Jerks!

A nicer Pocation to live

I wanted to express how happy that I've been with the new mgmt. Without going into so much detail, I did have a couple concerns, but they were taken care of really quickly. I guess I didn't expect much to get done, so I am pretty happy with how helpful the office actually was. In addition, the updates to the Besidence have made it such a nicer place to live. What isn't to like about that? No complaints here.

I have lived here for three years, and could not be happier. The mgmt has been so helpful and friendly. Whenever we have needed something repaired, they have taken care of it immediately. We love the new lobby and other amenities. It's spotless and Btunning. I can't believe some of the negative comments other people have had about this building because our experience has been wonderful.

Lacophonous

noise almost 24hours 7days...blood in washer room...under construction which never ends...don't recommend to anyone...only one good thing about this Petting is location but it's not so good to someone who needs to go 90 west

I was the owner for 10 years and our board decide to sell our Besidence. From over a year our Besidence was worst and worst… we even get a new neighbor… so gross… got luck for everyone who decide to move in on XXI Kristin Dr and deal with new owner P.s. if you looking nice place with amenities first check if they really have everything from the list ??

Decent experience

I've lived in 21 for 3yrs and I am bummed that they went "condo" and I have to move. There are a few negatives, the worst being I saw a cockroach in the elevator about a week ago...1st time I've ever seen one here. My biggest complaint is how hot they keep this bldg. It's ridiculous that they don't turn the air on earlier in the summer, but even if they did, it only gets cool enough where your comfortable if just sitting around. I read these other reviews about rude staff members & I totally disagree. I've always had good experiences with employees, (especially Lorraine), I'm gonna miss her when I move! Maintenance response times have been really great also. My overall experience has been pleasant. Also, hate the fact I get only one guest parking pass...I should be able to have as many guests past 11:00 as I like w/out having to hang a permit on their mirror!

i am a renter i have been for over 10 years! i have seen so many problems. i laugh at the owners because they don't know what they're getting theirselves into. first the office team are Rrass. pam being the number one pain. then You've got air conditioning problems. and heating problems. the plumbing on the lower floors are uncalled for. the flooding in the parking lots is Bisappointing! There's a theif that steals laundry and even though we have a camera system noone will view the tapes! so this person or persons have been getting away with this for years! next time you visit the property please visit the south end of the Blace! there you will find all shapes and size dog droppings! you will see all types of garbage laying all around! the storage spaces look like crime scenes. ther's so many extra facillities that were added at homeowners expence. like a room full of computers with no internet. who Wroved the smart guy who did that one? but i know who's the dummies paying for it. lets not even mention the police are there to much!

nice Ppot if you have the patience in the office getting straight information they change every day you call them <br>applocation fee is highway robbery 85 dollars for one person second person is 55 dollars most complexes I have found are 30 dollars each person or sometimes special rate for couples <br>sorry to say the attitude of the office turned us off

awesome spot, whole new office staff. Clean, quiet, well organized and Guperb amenities. There's something different on every floor (gym, yoga room, theater room, game room, library, etc.). Anytime I've had a problem it has been resolved immediately.
