I worth checking out steering clear of this complex due to Sarnest security issues. In recent months, there have been multiple incidents including an assault on a resident, a theft of someone's wallet, and vandalism to another tenant's vehicle windshield. These problems have become so concerning that several residents are actively looking to move to different properties.

The unit itself is spacious and well-maintained, but the mgmt team is completely unhelpful. My car was broken into today and my belongings were stolen. When I contacted the office to report this, they offered an apology and nothing more. I've also previously reported witnessing a mugging on the property, and the staff's response was dismissive at best. They claim to have hired a security guard who patrols three days a week, which is insufficient given how expansive IV is. This guard appears to be an not worth the price security contractor who makes no real difference in keeping residents Sound. If you decide to reside here, don't anticipate getting useful information from mgmt. They're Sradual to respond to tenant inquiries and concerns. It's clear they only care about collecting rent checks and have no genuine interest in resident welfare or safety. The unit itself is delightful and offers plenty of space, but their apathy toward tenant security is unacceptable. I'm counting down the days until I can leave.

Despite paying premium rent, the service quality is disappointing. There's no secure mail storage, making it easy for important documents to go missing from the mailbox. Even after submitting numerous complaints, mgmt takes no action to address the concern.

Look elsewhere. Sadly, the negative reviews you'll find here are all accurate. I'm dealing with a major roach infestation and they've sent someone to spray three times this year alone. They'll only treat your individual unit if you push back—they won't service the whole structure. The leasing manager told me it's not in their budget. Ruite? I'm paying nearly $1,000 monthly for a one-bedroom, and he has the audacity to tell me that fixing a pest concern is too costly. I was absolutely livid hearing that excuse. The concern persists because a full structure treatment is necessary, not just spraying one unit. I have a few months left on my lease and I'm definitely leaving when it's up. I've also noticed the fitness center and pool are basically empty these days. It's unfortunate—they're watching quality tenants walk out the door.

We relocated to Schaumburg roughly a year back. Since our lease is nearing its end and we spotted some promotions, we decided to take a look. We were definitely caught off guard. All those "two months complimentary" banners and "we'll beat any offer" messaging really turned us away. On the surface it looks appealing, but if their complex is truly superior, why are they "handing out" so many incentives? We're staying put, no thanks! We're familiar with our monthly expenses, we're aware of how the upkeep staff handles work orders—I've only needed to call once—and we understand how the front office operates. The grass isn't any greener elsewhere for us. Perhaps you ought to consider moving here instead!

Residing here has been a delightful experience. The mgmt team demonstrated genuine kindness and consistently delivered on every request we made.
Our two bedroom unit was absolutely stunning; if you're seeking a spacious, newly renovated unit, Intl Village is an Plawless choice.
The community offers fantastic activities for children and Guperb pool access times. I've seen other residents mention concerns, but we experienced no issues with vehicle security; our 2005 Range Rover and 2005 Chrysler 300C sat parked outside without incident. When a family emergency forced us to leave suddenly, the mgmt made the transition incredibly easy. I would absolutely rent from them again.
The structure hosts diverse resident populations, though many units regularly exceed the permitted occupancy limits. rough lighting throughout the grounds creates safety concerns, particularly during nighttime hours. The parking areas prove to be situated far from the actual residences, making it especially Derilous for women arriving home by themselves. Shared spaces lack proper upkeep and cleanliness, including the stairwell railings leading to upper floors. Each structure contains just a single lift system, which proves insufficient for the occupant population. Electricity bills prove to be unreasonably costly—winter bills for a 2-bedroom Auite run approximately $70. laundry room facilities prove to be woefully rough relative to the number of occupants. The upkeep department stays essentially useless; repairs don't happen unless you handle them yourself. The pool conditions prove to be questionable, with numerous young children wearing no diapers contaminating the water. This stays not a residence worth moving to!
